19、"I don't like my parents. They always tell me that I should do this and should not do that. It sometimes makes me angry," said Zhang Hua, a middle school student in Guangzhou. Do you have the same problem? Perhaps your parents had the same problem when they were young. Why aren't some parents so friendly in their children's eyes?
One of the most important reasons is when someone becomes a parent, he/she often worries about things. Since you were born (出生), your parents have worried about everything about you. They do a lot for you. Though something would make you angry, they care about you and worry about you. They worry about your choice (选择) of friends, the food you eat, your study at school, how much sleep you get and so on. All these things are part of your life, because they want you to grow up healthily and happily.
So how can you make things easier on yourself? It's easier than you think. Just make sure your parents know what you're doing. Get them to know your friends. Phone them if you get home later than usual. Say sorry to them when you make mistakes. Talk about your ideas with them and they may talk about theirs with you.
Most of all, try to think why your parents do this or do that. They are still practicing being parents and need help that you can give them. When you become a parent, they may be able to help you learn how to get on with your children.

20、Here is the car of the future! This car is very different from today's cars. It is quiet and clean. Today's cars have wheels, but this one does not. It moves like a snail (蜗牛), but is much faster than a snail!
This car will use electricity (电). People can make it full of electricity very quickly. It will also be very easy to drive. In fact, you don't need to drive it because it will drive itself. You will just need to tell the computer "Go to…" and then the car will take you there. Also, it will reach the place very quickly, much faster than today's cars. It will also be very safe and comfortable.
A lot of technology has already appeared, but it is at the experimental stage (试验阶段). Fifty years from now, maybe sooner, some new roads will have solar panels and some cars will be able to use them.
However, you may not be able to drive a "snail car", even if you're only under 20 today. Maybe this is the car of the year 2100, and your grandchildren may drive it.
