After fighting with his father, Randy ran away from home. One day, he fell ill. Lying alone, he remembered how his father used to take care of him when he was ill.

At that time, he realized he made a big mistake and decided to go back home. When he went near the house, he saw the door of the house was still open, even though it was midnight.

Dealing with emotions can be challenging. 

Last week, I had an argument with my friend. She said something  (hurt) on purpose, leaving me feeling upset and lonely. I shut myself away in my room and I was unable to control my  (angry). My mother noticed and advised me  (apologize). She said, "Put yourself in  (she) shoes." After reflection, I realized both of us had  (fault). I wrote a letter to get my feelings across  (clear). To my surprise, she was  (shock) and apologized sincerely. We  (forgive) each other, cleared  air, and promised to communicate better  future. Lastly, I learned that empathy reduces pressure by half.

There are many things that can make me feel upset. 

One thing is when I forget to bring my homework to school.  my teacher asks me to hand it in, I feel really embarrassed.  I try to remember everything, I sometimes still make this mistake.

Another thing that bothers me is when my little brother plays with my toys without asking. I tell him not to do that, but he doesn't stop  I get angry. I wish he could ask me first  I don't have to get mad at him.

Also, PE class can be stressful. I'm not very good at running, and  the teacher asks us to run fast, I worry about being the last one. 

 I practise running every day after school, I'm still not very fast. I run  I'm out of breath, but I'm still slower than most of my classmates.

To feel better, I often talk to my best friend. Sharing my feelings helps me feel happier  I can enjoy the rest of my day.
