The largetooth sawfish（大齿锯鳐）is a special sea animal. It looks quite different. It lives in warm sea areas and rivers that run into the ocean. This fish can grow up to six metres long. Its most special part is its long snout（锯状长吻）, with sharp teeth on both sides. 

This long part helps the fish a lot. When it looks for food, it waves this part quickly to make small fish and other sea animals unable to move easily. In this way, it can get food without difficulty. ____ It works well for both getting food and staying out of danger. 

However, this helpful part also puts the fish in danger. Fishing tools often hold its long front part firmly. Once it is held in this way, it cannot swim freely, find food or breathe well. Many sawfish die when they try to get away from fishing tools. Others become too weak to live in the wild. 

This fish can live for nearly 30 years and is now in great danger. Too much fishing makes their numbers get smaller. There are very few left, so scientists can't know their total number. We must protect their homes and stop overfishing to save them.

Last month, I visited Hangzhou with my parents. We wanted to try the most famous local food, so we went to a nice quiet local1 . There, I had my first taste of real Dongpo pork, and it gave me a wonderful surprise.

Students Need More Exercise

Now many students don't have enough time for exercise. 

Today, we are living a busy life. We always try to finish things quickly. Then we can have more time to do other things. On weekdays, We are busy studying or working. One of the problems is that we don't get enough exercise. 

We all know August 8th is National Fitness Day. If we exercise for one hour a day, we can keep fit. People can become healthy if they often exercise or do sports. Students can study better and feel less nervous because they take more exercise at school. Many young women enjoy doing yoga（瑜伽）or dancing to relax and stay thin. For some housewives（家庭主妇）, doing housework is good way to burn calories（卡路里）. They can keep moving and at the same time get their houses tidy. Some men like jogging, riding bicycles or walking to get strong. Such exercise is relaxing. They are excited when they are doing them. 

You get healthy both in your body and mind by doing exercise. This weekend, don't make any plans and just get up early in the morning to exercise. 

Tom is a middle school student. He loves playing online games in his free time. The game was so exciting that he played it  without a break. Soon a time-eating monster comes him. It starts to eat away his time, minute by minute. He even forgets to  his homework and goes to bed late. Tom becomes lazy and tired. He becomes a couch potato and misses out on moments with his family and friends. 

In fact, time-eating monsters make us spend lots of time on  activities. It is bad for our health and school life. So it's important for students to live a  life.

Are you dreaming of travelling to space one day? Your dream may soon come true! Scientist say that by 2027, people could stay in a special hotel high above the earth. It will be called the Voyager Space Station, or VSS. 

This space hotel will have comfortable rooms, restaurants, reading areas, and science labs. It will use sunlight for power. Up to 400 people can stay there--including scientists, astronauts（宇航员）， and even some people who might live there for a long time.
