Where is my desk? Look! It's here. A pencil box, some pens and a ruler are on my desk. What's this under my chair? Oh, it's my schoolbag. It's black and white. Some notebooks are in it. 

What are these on the wall? They are some nice pictures. Is the map on the teacher's desk? No, it is on the wall too. 

I like my classroom. 

This is my first day in our new school. In the morning, I help my new teacher Mr Wang put some new English textbooks into a big box. And then I carry it to the classroom. The box is very heavy. 

I walk very slowly with the big heavy box in my arms. A boy runs very fast to me. He can't stop. Oh, dear! My box drops(掉下) on the floor and there are books everywhere on the floor. 

"I'm very sorry. " The boy says again and again. He helps me pick up (捡起) all the books. He then helps me to carry the books to our classroom. 

Who is he? He is my classmate. His name is Jim. He comes to China with his father. He comes from Britain. 

Look! Who is 1 old man? He is Mr Green. I meet MrGreen in the park every 2 . Today he walks two dogs(遛两只狗). 

"Good morning, Mr Green. 3 are you today?""I'm fine, 4 , " Mr Green says. 

"Are these your dogs?" I ask. 

"Yes, 5 are. The brown dog is Tom and the yellow dog is Ben. "

Tom and Ben are the 6 of Mr Green's sons. Mr Green has7 sons, Tom and Ben. They are now in Beijing. They don't come and see Mr Green often. Mr Green misses (想念) 8 sons very much. 

"Oh, they are nice dogs. 9 a good day!"

"Thanks. You 10 . Bye!" Mr Green says.

I am very busy on Friday. At 8:00 a. m. , I have maths. It is not fun. The teacher says it is useful, but I think it is difficult. Then at 9:00 a. m. , I have science. It is difficult but interesting. At 10:00 a. m. , I have history. 

After that, I have PE at 11:00 a. m. It is easy and fun. Lunchtime is from 12:00 p. m. to 1:00 p. m. and after that we have Chinese. It is my favourite subject. Our Chinese teacher, Mrs Wang, is great fun. My classes finish at 1:50 p. m. But after that I have an art lesson for two hours. It is really relaxing!

I will never forget my first English class. It is very interesting. It's the first class in the morning. 

The teacher goes into the classroom with a smile on his face. At the beginning, he makes a self-introduction(自我介绍). And he tells us that his English name is John. Then he asks all of us to think of English names for ourselves. We are very excited to find a good name. Then he asks us to write our names down on a piece of paper. I think about my English name for a long time. Then I come up with a beautiful name— Shirley. 

All the students write their names down and give the paper to the teacher. When the teacher calls"Shirley" to answer his question, three girls stand up at the same time.
