My name is Judy. I enjoy traveling with my parents, it can open my mind. Today we have a trip together again. My parents  I drive a car to a park near the river.

Do you know why exercise is good for us? Scientists say it is one of the best ways to keep our bodies and minds healthy. It is not only for sports players. All people can get good results from sports in daily life.

When we do sports, our hearts go faster. This helps blood flow (血液循环) well inside our bodies. It also makes our body muscles (肌肉) strong and lively. Easy activities like walking, jumping and running are also helpful for young students. For example, walking for ten minutes every day can make us not feel tired easily. Sports also help us sleep well at night. If we sleep well, we will be more ready to listen to teachers and study hard at school the next day.

Besides, when we play sports with others, our bodies make a kind of thing called endorphins (内啡肽). It can make us feel glad and calm. That is why we feel wonderful and relaxed after playing basketball or running with friends.

However, not all sports fit everyone. We can pick sports we love and keep doing them often. We should keep moving gently instead of trying too hard. Little daily exercise can greatly improve our health and bring us a happy life day by day.

On New Year's Day, people usually eat special food for good luck.

In Spain, people eat twelve grapes 1 night on New Year's Day. They eat one grape for each stroke (钟声). After twelve strokes, they finish eating twelve grapes. They believe it 2 bring twelve lucky months.
