I'm Zhang Fengxia. I'm  Jilin. This summer holiday,I went to Qingdao with (I) brother,Zhang Yan. The trip to Qingdao was very (interest). Let me tell you about it. 

Qingdao is in the east of China. The beach(沙滩) there is very beautiful. We  (swim) in the sea and played games on the beach. We had  good time. And I made a new friend there. His name is Jack. He's from England. He and I (be) interested in basketball. We can't play basketball together(一起),  we can talk about basketball. And he said he could help me with (England). He also wanted to ask me (help) him with Chinese. So he and I became  (friend). 

What a good boy!When I think of him,I am very happy. 

Do you know what makes people happy?The latest World Happiness Report says having much money is not the main reason for happiness. True happiness comes from recognizing the things you have and enjoying them,but not getting more things. The things like phones and clothes can only give us short joy. Think about the presents you got. At first,you were excited,but then maybe you didn't care about them. 

So what brings true happiness?In fact,people with good relationships are happier. It's important to feel safe and loved by the people around you. But happiness means you have to give and take. Do kind things for people. For example,helping others can make you feel happy. 

Health is another key to happiness. Eating well and exercising can help you feel happy. You will also sleep better. If you don't get enough(足够的) sleep,you'll feel tired. Tiredness will influence your happiness level(水平). It's also bad for your studies. So if you want to be happy and do well in school,make sure you get enough sleep every night.

Family always brings us happiness. In a family,people care for each other. There are parents,children,and sometimes grandparents. 

Parents help their children grow. They teach them how to talk,walk and be kind. They also play with them and make them happy. 

Brothers and sisters are also part of the family. They play together and share things. Sometimes they argue,but they always love each other and stop each other from feeling lonely. They also help each other. 

Grandparents are very special. They have a lot of life experience. They always tell their grandchildren not to waste food. Because they didn't have enough food to eat when they were young. 

In a family,people do many things together. They have birthdays,holidays and special dinners together. They laugh,talk and have fun. Even when things are hard,family members support each other. 

There's nothing like family. Family gives us happiness and a sense of belonging(归属感). It means love,care and being together. It's the best part of life. 

One day,Mr. Smith gave his students a special test(测试). There was only a small black "X" in the middle of the paper. When the students got their papers,they were very surprised. Mr. Smith said,"I only want you to write about what you see there. "

All the students wrote down their answers quietly. The next day,Mr. Smith said,"You only wrote about the black ‘X',but nobody wrote about the white paper. " The whole class listened carefully,because they worried that they failed(不及格) the test. 

Then the teacher said,"Don't worry about that. I just want you to think about your life. The white paper is like your whole life and the black ‘X' is just like the problems in your daily life. " Finally,the students understood what the test was about. 

Life is a wonderful gift,full of love and care. If you only care about the problems,you'll never be happy. So it's better to look on the bright side,enjoy each moment,and find happiness in life.
