Morocco(摩洛哥) is a country in North Africa with rich culture. Its bread can stand for(代表) a part of its culture.

The bread is made with traditional methods. It is very soft and pairs well with many dishes. Bread is very important on the table. Like in France and Germany, bread is served at every meal and can also be a snack during the day.

The history of bread in Morocco goes back over2,000 years. People in the area made bread from a local factory. When the Arabs (阿拉伯人) came to Morocco, they brought new grain (谷物) and bread-making methods. Today, the most common kind of bread in Moroceo is round brown bread. It can be eaten alone or filled with different ingredients(食材).

On the first day, students put on plays and we watched some of them. My favourite play was about Hua Luogeng, a Chinese mathematician (数学家). Three students played Hua at three different ages. 

The second day was the most interesting. Some students made rocket models with plastic (塑料的)bottles and launched them in the playground.  The most successful one flew as high as the second floor of the teaching building. 

 They showed us some advanced equipment(先进的装备) and did experiments with us. For example, we made a small water-cleaning system. It turned dirty water into clean water! After finishing the experiment, I felt the magic of science. 

 Students are already looking forward to next year's festival!

ChatGPT has"homes" around the world in data centres (数据中心). When it works, the computers in the data centres get very hot. Workers then have to use water to cool them down. Cold water goes into pipes near the computers. The water needs to be very clean. They can't use seawater because it can eat away the pipes. 

When you ask ChatGPT 50 questions, it"drinks" 500 millilitres ( ml) of water. Scientists used about 700, 000 litres of water to build ChatGPT. The water use is very big. People can make 370 cars with the water. 

ChatGPT is just one of the AI tools around the world. You need data centres to do everything on the internet. There are more than 8, 000 data centres around the world. The number is still growing. 

AI uses a lot of water to"grow". The world's water may not be enough. Many people don't have enough water to drink. But AI technology helps people. Should we rethink how we use AI?

Summary:

School Day was held successfully on 6th May. Twenty-four student helpers from Grade 8 were divided into four groups of six. Each group had a task to raise money for the disabled. 

All of the groups performed well on School Day and received praise from the visitors. In short, our School Day went well and we got no poor opinions from the visitors. 

Feedback:

Opinions from 100 students have been collected. Most students thought the activities were good. However, some students thought the prices of the school postcards were a little high.

Ian Kiernan was born in Sydney, Australia, and grew up near the sea. For more than 40 years, he raced in international sailing competitions.

Alice stayed there by herself and looked at the mushroom for a minute. She tried to decide which were the two sides of it, because it was round.

At last Alice broke off a bit with each hand."Which is which?" She had a small piece of it in her right hand from the right side of the mushroom.And then she had another piece in her left hand from the left side of the mushroom. She tasted the small piece from the right hand to see how it worked. The next thing she knew was that she was getting smaller! That made her so afraid that she started to taste the other piece from her left hand at once. Now she grew as tall as the trees in the woods!
