Good communication is the most important skill in our lives, and it can bring us lots of great (益处) like strong relationships and fewer misunderstandings. Here is some advice. 

First of all, (在任何······时候) someone is talking to you, you should put away your phones and listen carefully. It is of great importance to pay full (专注) to show respect to the speaker. If so, your communication will be able to go on well. 

Second, stay (冷静) and organized when showing your ideas. This will help others understand you better. By the way, try your best not to (争论) with them. It's normal that you are (反对) others' opinions from time to time. But if you use a (乐观) way to share thoughts, it will be much better. 

Last but not (最少), do not be afraid to share small secrets with others. It's the most helpful way to build a good relationship, but remember to keep others' secrets well too. Or you might disappoint him or her. 

Good communication is not just about talking— it's about (连接) heart to heart. If you try these steps, you will find communication becomes more enjoyable.

Curiosity also makes people brave. Wan Hu, a man from the Ming Dynasty, was so curious about space. He made a"flying chair" to explore space but lost his life while testing it. His story gave ideas to later space explorers. People learned from his example, and found safer ways to explore space. 

But curiosity is more than just taking risks. It also drives people to reach their goals. Zhang Heng, a Chinese scientist and inventor, had great interest in the world: How did everything in the world move? He spent years studying the sky and the earth. Finally, he drew China's first star map and invented(发明) the first earthquake detector. His curiosity still influences scientists today. 

As Jacques Cousteau said, "What is a scientist after all? It is a curious man looking through a keyhole, the keyhole of nature, trying to know what's going on. " Curiosity is the key. It opens one door after another for us to discover a new world. 

Magpies(喜鹊) are everywhere across the world and often share the common meaning of luck in different cultures. In the UK, there is a poem about the meaning of seeing a different number of magpies.

At the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 2025, Chinese long jumper Shi Yuhao won bronze medal(铜牌). Shi Yuhao returns to top-level event with confidence

Back in 2017, the 18-year-old Shi Yuhao took part in the World Athletics Championships for the first time and successfully made it to the long jump final. But before the final, he was so nervous that he couldn't help crying. 

This September, Shi Yuhao stood on the World Championships' field for the second time. This time, he was relaxed. In the final, he jumped 8. 33 meters. He not only won a bronze medal for China, but also got his first World Championships medal!

However, between these two competitions, Shi Yuhao faced a big challenge. It was in 2018. He accidentally lost balance during a competition and hurt his left leg badly. 

In the following five years, Shi Yuhao worked hard to get better. He and his coach tried many ways, hoping to get back to the field soon. His coach even took him to Shenzhen to train with Su Bingtian, a famous Chinese runner. There, he learned different training systems and kept practicing running. 

After improving running skills, Shi Yuhao got the confidence in long jump again. At the 2023 National Athletics Championships, he even won a silver medal. He said, "Now I have a strong mind. I don't care how far others jump and I just do my best in every jump. "

The red panda is a cute and interesting animal. It is small and has red - brown fur. Many red pandas live in the forests of Sichuan and Yunnan in China. They spend most of their time in the trees. They like to climb trees and are very good at it. The red panda has a big tail and it helps to keep its balance (平衡) when it climbs.

The red panda eats bamboo (竹子), just like the black and white panda. It also eats fruit and eggs. The red panda goes out to play and look for food at night and sleeps in the day. It doesn't like to be together with other red pandas.

Sadly, red pandas are in danger now. Their homes become smaller and sometimes they can't find food because people cut down trees for farming. Also, many people kill red pandas for their beautiful fur.

The red panda is a special and beautiful animal. We all should do what we can to help save them.

Both humans and dolphins make plans for getting things they want. For example, when there are fish near a boat, dolphins jump high to ask the fishermen to put their nets (网), and the men can catch a lot of fish. Why do dolphins help the men? Because they can get some fish that run away from the net.

Animals are an important part of our world.  because they are living beings, just like us.

Many animals are in danger of dying out. .We can start by not hunting them for their fur or other body parts. Also,. In this way, animals can live safely and happily.
