Howdy Homemade Ice Cream is an ice cream shop in Dallas， the USA. Many people like to go there to buy ice cream. Why？ It's not just because the ice cream there is great. There is another reason. The shop has 13 nice workers. And they all have special needs.

Jiaozi is a traditional Chinese food. It has a history of about 1，800 years. Chinese people like eating jiaozi for their delicious taste and special meanings.

There are many kinds of jiaozi ，  such as pork and cabbage jiaozi ，  beef and carrot jiaozi ，  mutton and onion jiaozi and so on. So jiaozi is popular with almost all Chinese people， and even people around the world.

Time changes but the tradition doesn't change. Chinese people think a hot bowl of jiaozi is full of the family's love and good wishes.

On the night before Chinese New Year， all the family always get together to make jiaozi. It's a happy time for them. When people make jiaozi ，  they may put a coin(硬币) in one of them. The person will be lucky in the new year if he or she gets the special one.

TOMATO SOUP

What we need：

☆Olive oil(橄榄油)

☆2 large garlic cloves(蒜瓣)

☆1 kg of tomatoes

☆Salt and pepper

☆Chinese parsley(芫荽)

How to make it：

☆Cut the garlic cloves and tomatoes into small pieces.

☆Put some olive oil in a pot.

☆Add the garlic and tomatoes. Fry(炒) for about 5 minutes. Add 150 ml of water and bring it to the boil(沸点).

☆Add some salt and pepper.

☆Cook for another 10 minutes until the soup gets thick enough.

☆Pour the soup into a bowl and put some Chinese parsley in it.

☆Add some small pieces of cheese.

☆Just enjoy your delicious tomato soup！
