These days,''Citywalk" is becoming popular with young people. It's about walking around a city and finding unusual things in the city. The walks take you to places where you can talk with local(当地的) people, eat at small but authentic(正宗的)restaurants, and know well about the city. 

Yao Xue, who these days moved from Beijing to Shanghai, said "I think Shanghai is a city perfect(完美的)for Citywalk because there are big trees along the streets and different beautiful shops. " Yao really enjoyed Citywalk. "Last time I walked with two girls, I didn't know them before but after the walk I made new friends with them. That's really fun!" she said.

Socia groups can give you support(支持). You can join social groups,such as sports teams, art groups and music groups. The people in the groups can offer(提供)advice and help each other in difficult times. Also, being in a group keeps your mind busy. An active mind is a healthy mind!

Do you like to go running? Some people think running boring. But there are ways to make it exciting-for example,"plogging". 

Plogging is a new kind of exercise from Sweden. The name comes from the words "pick up" and "jogging". It means picking up trash(垃圾) when you are running. Ploggers go outside with a pair of gloves(手套)and a trash bag. They stop to pick up trash when they run. Nobody likes to see trash when they're doing exercise. This new sports brings environmental protection(环境保护) and healthy living together. 

Plogging may even be better for you than just running, because bending down(弯腰) to pick up trash is another kind of exercise itself. So try plogging with your friends on your way to school. You can keep healthy and keep the environment clean at the same time.

I am writing this letter in my room. I can see the Seine River from the window. It is beautiful. 

I am staying at a student hotel some miles from the centre Paris. I have got a big room and I use it as a bedroom,study and sitting room!4.旅馆里有一间厨房。But I don't often cook there. I usually have my meals at the university. The food there is good and cheap. 

The university is about two stops from here on the underground railway(铁路). It takes me about ten minutes to get there. so that's easy. 5.Most of the other students ride bicycles, but I haven't got one.
