The Huazhao Festival is a traditional flower festival in China, which comes after the Lantern Festival. Have you ever heard of it? Now let me tell you 1 about it.

It was an early sunny morning. When I woke up, I suddenly realized that it was Easter morning. We would go to Aunt Mary's house because we  Easter there every year.

After the adults hid all the Easter eggs, we all began running like hungry cheetahs (猎豹) towards trees and large rocks to  for the eggs. Alex and I decided to work as a team so that we could get as many eggs as possible. When we found that we couldn't find any  eggs, Alex and I walked into Aunt Mary's house. For the rest of the afternoon, we held the video game controller (控制器) in one hand and the Easter eggs in the  hand.

It is a traditional Chinese festival celebrated on the January 15th in Chinese lunar calendar. Some students may askwe eat some special food on that day. The answer is YES! On that day, eating tangyuan is a tradition. And we often make tangyuan by ourselves.  delicious they are! Besides, people will see some beautiful lanterns on the streets.

Families in most countries have a special day for mothers. In Serbia, this day is on  second Sunday before Christmas. On that day, children sneak (溜) into their (mother) bedroom and tie her feet with ribbons (丝带) so that she can't get out of bed. Then they shout, "Mother's Day, Mother's Day! What will you pay to get away?" Then the mother gives  (they) small treats and presents as payment so that the kids will "free" her.
