Gui took some photos with her phone, but they didn't show the painting's beauty well. This made her want to learn more about photography and start taking pictures of cultural relics (文物).

As the new year began, I decided to make some resolutions. My first step was to write introduction to my goals in a notebook. I used different colors for each goal to make them clear (清楚的). I wanted (achieve) the following three things: get physically stronger, live more healthily, and become (organized).

At first, the goals seemed (possible). How could I possibly keep on (take) exercise every day? I tried many times, but I always stopped after a few days. My paintings remind me of beautiful memories, like the time I went to the mountains with my family. Sometimes I just want to give up because I want to spend more time on my studies.
