Having a strong body and good mental health is important. Recently, a new survey  (调查)  looked into teenagers' mental condition in 28 places in China and got answers from 21,500 teenagers.

My parents and I moved to England two years ago. I'm studying in a middle school in London. Now I get used to the life here. Let me tell you something about it.

Food

In China, our food is a little hot and salty, but I like it because I think such kind of food tastes nice. I still remember the first meal that I ate at school in England. It included a kind of soup that tasted terrible. I didn't have it at all. But I also felt disappointed because they were really awful.

Customs

In China, when we meet someone for the first time, we shake hands. I was so surprised when my friend's mother gave me a kiss when I saw her for the first time.

Transport

When I want to go somewhere in China, I can ride my bicycle. The buses don't stop automatically (自动地) like they do in Beijing. I have to put my hand out and press a button.

Socializing(社交)

I remember I went to a friend's house with a big cake two days after I moved to England.She was trying to be polite, but from her expression I knew that I did something wrong. In England, a cake is only given as a gift on someone's birthday.

Water is one of the most useful things on the earth. We drink it, wash with it and cook with it. However, it can also be 1 .

Another way of staying positive is to exercise regularly. Exercise not only keeps you fit but also helps you keep away from negative thoughts.

Next, keep a smile and be an active person. Though life can be hard, choosing to smile at others and doing a great job in your tasks can help you get into a good mood.

A positive lifestyle is important because it helps you solve problems better. Remember, staying positive doesn't mean ignoring (忽视) problems. It means facing them in a positive way. So, look at the bright side of life, and you' ll find that even difficult situations become easy to manage.

Last week, Student Center in our school got a few notes. Some students talked about their problems. Here is some advice from Mr. Know.

Arguments between kids and parents can be a big problem and we should care about them.

Some examples of the arguments:

Parent: Mike is always making trouble in school. You'd better keep away from him.

Ben: You don't know him as well as I do. Stop trying to tell me who I can make friends with.

Parent: Don't spend so much time playing computer games. You should do something meaningful.

Grace: I' ve already finished my homework. I just want to relax.

Parent: You got an F in your physics exam again. I'm disappointed with you.

Jack: I did study hard. But it's just too difficult for me.

Some suggestions from experts:

Communicate with your kids in a friendly way. Encourage kids to share their feelings with you. Take part in different activities together with kids.

Riley and I are good friends. But once 1 unpleasant happened when we both tried for roles in Alice inWonderland.
