Howdy Homemade Ice Cream is an ice cream shop in Dallas， the USA. Many people like to go there to buy ice cream. Why？ It's not just because the ice cream there is great. There is another reason. The shop has 13 nice workers. And they all have special needs.

Tom Landis， the owner(主人) of the shop， wants to help those with special needs live a good life. So he asks some of them to work in his shop. Anne is one of the workers. She couldn't find a job before. Thanks to Tom， she can work now. She can make different kinds of ice cream. Anne is very happy and she likes her job.

Noodles are traditional food in China. People eat them for breakfast， lunch or dinner. It is also popular to eat very long noodles for birthday.

Jiaozi is a traditional Chinese food. It has a history of about 1，800 years. Chinese people like eating jiaozi for their delicious taste and special meanings.

There are many kinds of jiaozi ，  such as pork and cabbage jiaozi ，  beef and carrot jiaozi ，  mutton and onion jiaozi and so on. So jiaozi is popular with almost all Chinese people， and even people around the world.

Time changes but the tradition doesn't change. Chinese people think a hot bowl of jiaozi is full of the family's love and good wishes.

On the night before Chinese New Year， all the family always get together to make jiaozi. It's a happy time for them. When people make jiaozi ，  they may put a coin(硬币) in one of them. The person will be lucky in the new year if he or she gets the special one.
