Hey Tina,
How are you doing? I'm writing because I have been a bit stressed 1 both at home and at school.
Things with my family are not great. My parents are2 a lot these days, and it's creating a lot of tension (紧张) at home. It's hard to keep my 3 on anything else when I worry about them. I tried talking to them about it, and while it didn't solve everything, it did help us4 a bit better.
School is stressful. I have so much homework and so many5 coming up, and I feel like I'm left behind. To finish the homework, I start planning my days better. I write down all my tasks and start with the6 ones.
It also helps to take breaks and do things I enjoy, like listening to music or going for a walk. 7 things are still a bit hard, I'm learning how to deal with stress better. I have8 that talking about my problems and asking for help are important. Also,9 myself by eating healthily, getting enough sleep, and doing things I enjoy makes a big10 .
Anyway, I just want to share what's been going on. How are things with you? Write back!
Yours,
Mike

A strange way to get relaxed has spread to cities across China. That is hugging trees. Young people take comfort (舒服) from it.
Hundreds of people online share their tree-hugging experiences and they say the experiences make them less stressed and worried. In their opinions, it is a way of keeping a close relationship with the natural world. By hugging a tree, some of them feel that the tree is hugging them back.
One woman gave up her job because of too much work pressure. According to her, hugging trees helps her a lot. She totally enjoys herself in hugging trees. "Hugging trees helps me calm down and lets me return to a natural state (状态) . I feel so free and feel the world is so big. I have also become braver than before," she said.
Hugging trees is actually a kind of psychological therapy (心理治疗) and it first came from northern Europe. In northern Finland, there's even a tree-hugging competition every August. A study has also shown that hugging trees can lead people to give off oxytocin (催产素) . Oxytocin is able to create feelings of love and make people less stressed.
