I'm really into kite flying. Last April, I went to Weifang for the 41st Weifang International Kite Festival. There were all kinds of kites in the sky: pandas, cars,  even Bajie. Locals told me that everything could fly  Weifang. It is reported that the activity attracted visitors from 46  (country).

"Do you know who invented the kite?" I heard two people talking in  coffee shop.

I didn't know, so I looked up the answer on  (I) phone. Over 2,000 years ago, Mozi made the first kite. It  (call) the"wooden bird" because he used wood and silk. It could fly for one day. Later, Lu Ban used bamboo  (make) kites instead of wood. His"bamboo bird" could stay in the air for three days.

Did you know that birds can also get"road rage"? A new study found that Galápagos yellow warblers（黄莺）living near busy roads get very angry when they hear cars.

The Galápagos Islands are a group of islands in t ho Pacific Ocean. They are one of the best wildlife-watching places in the world. In the 1960s, they had a population of just 2,000. Today, about 32,000 people live there. In addition, more than 200,000 tourists visit the islands every year. This means more cars on the roads.

How does all that noise from traffic affect（影响）the islands' animals? A research team from the UK wanted to find out. They carried out their study by watching 38 yellow warblers. About half of them lived near roads. The other half lived away from traffic. The researchers used speakers to play two recordings. One played only the song of a yellow warbler. The other played the same song mixed with traffic sounds. Then, the researchers recorded how the birds behaved when they heard the recordings.

The birds living closer to roads were aggressive when they heard the song with traffic sounds. They got nearer to the speaker and flew by it again and again. That move could mean the birds were preparing for a fight, said the researchers.

The team calls for more attention to the problems. Although environments free of human noise are hard to find, we can do something to protect wild animals from it, said the researchers....

The Paralympic Games are an international sports event for athletes with disabilities. Like the Olympic Games, they are held every four years and include many sports, such as swimming, running, and cycling. During the games, many athletes compete with a guide.

Mistakes are not something to be feared or sad about. Instead, they are "playful magicians". Mistakes can turn "Oops" moments into "Wow" experiences! Why are mistakes so magical?

Sometimes, mistakes can make wonderful things. For example, if milk goes bad, it can turn into yogurt. If it changes even more, it becomes cheese. Cheese is even more delicious. Grapes can also surprise us. When they get sour for a long time, they become wine. And wine is much more expensive than the grapes.
