Not long ago，there was a small village in the (中心) part of a valley (山谷). An elderly lady named Mabel lived there. She had a backyard that was as beautiful as a (花园). People from all around came to (欣赏) the beautiful flowers that filled her backyard. Mabel was so (自豪) of it. She told the visitors that the  (秘诀) to her success were hard work and persistence (坚持).
