Lucy was one of my best friends. I thought she was the same as me when we first met. In , it was hard to find a person who was the same as me.

Housework is an important part of our everyday life. As middle school students, we  understand the importance of doing housework and do some housework by ourselves. 

Doing chores teaches us some useful life skills. Take me as an example. I cook until I was twelve. One day, I thought if I could  some simple(简单的) dishes, my parents wouldn't worry about me when they were busy with work. Then I told my mother about it and asked her, "Could teach me?" My mother nodded with a smile. Amonth later, I  cook some simple dishes. This skill helped me become more independent(独立的). At the same time, doing housework is a great way to relax. For example, when I couldn't work out a math problem, I  tidy up my room to clear my mind.

Flu easily spreads (传播) from one person to another. Many people are getting it these days. Here is some advice to help you prevent the flu. 

Keep in good health

You can eat everything you want but make sure that the food you have is healthy. The healthier you are, the better it is for you to prevent any illness around. Most doctors suggest drinking lots of fresh fruit juice and water to prevent it.

Yesterday, the bus driver, 24-year-old Wang Ping, saw an old man on the side of the road. A woman next to him was shouting  help. He stopped the bus without twice. The woman said that the man has  heart problem and should be sent to the hospital right away. Mr. Wang told the passengers that he must take the man to the hospital. To surprise, they all agreed to go with him. Some of the  helped Mr. Wang to move the man onto the bus. to Mr. Wang and the passengers, the man was saved  the doctors in time.

 It's sad that many people don't want to help others  they don't want to get into trouble. , Mr. Wang and the passengers' kindness saved a life.
