Did you ever look at your parents and wish they were healthier? You've not the only one. We did a survey of some kids. And the survey shows that 46% said they worry about their parents' health, 69% of the kids would like their parents to make changes to be healthier. Maybe your mum and dad would be surprised to learn that you care about them.

Here are the tips on talking to your parents about their healthy habits.

▲  Create a list

Try to remember what got you thinking about this topic. Is there an unhealthy thing you'd like to see them stop doing, or do less often? Is there a healthy habit like exercising or eating fruit and vegetables that you would like them do more often? Get your list together. And don't forget to add relaxing more and getting more sleep-- two great and healthy ideas for parents and kids!

▲ Practice how to say it

Changing can be hard. And it's not always easy to hear that someone you love thinks you need to do it. So you'll want to bring up this topic in just the right way. If your parents wanted you to make a change, how would you like them to ask? A gentle and caring way often works best.

▲ Make a decision together

Once you bring up the topic, remember that both you and your parents should agree on what steps to take next. It helps to pick a single goal. It can be overwhelming(无法抗拒的) if you try to make too many changes all at once. If your goal is too general, you don't have specific steps in mind.

▲ Cheer them on

Encourage your parents as they start making changes. Tell them you're proud of them. An extra hug or a home-made card of encouragement can give them what they need to keep going down the healthy road. What a great way to show how much you care!

The oil-paper umbrella has a history of over 1000 years in China. There are different   (story) about the invention of the umbrella in China. The most popular one has something to do with Lu Ban. It's said that once he and his wife visited the West Lake. It started raining suddenly. His wife said, "Let's have   competition. Before sunrise tomorrow, the one who comes up  a good way to visit the West Lake even on rainy days will be the winner." Lu Ban (think) it was easy. He collected some tools and materials. Then he spent the whole night   (build) pavilions(亭子) around the lake. He was quite proud of his work.

Some experts say that robots will take away human jobs with the rapid development of AI. A March 2023 report from Goldman Sachs showed that AI could do a quarter of the work done by humans. Across the European Union and the US, the report further notes that 300 million jobs could be lost to automation(自动化).

Thankfully, it's not all bad news. The experts also add that there are still things AI cannot do. These tasks have clear human qualities, like emotional intelligence and creative thinking.

"I think there are generally three kinds of jobs that are going to be safe," says Martin Ford, writer of Rule of the Robots: How Artificial Intelligence Will Transform Everything. "The first would be jobs that are creative enough to come up with new ideas and build something new."

The second is jobs that require complicated(复杂的) interpersonal relationships. Ford points to nurses, businessmen and reporters. "These are jobs," he says, "where you need a very deep understanding of people. I think it'll be a long time before AI has the ability to interact(交流) in the kinds of ways that really build relationships."

"The third safe one," says Ford, "is jobs that really require lots of mobility(机 动 性 ) and dexterity(灵活性) and problem-solving ability in unpredictable environments. These are the kinds of jobs where you're dealing with a new situation all the time, so they are probably the hardest of anything to automate."                     

"It's important to note," says Ford, "that a higher education or a high-paying position is not a protection against AI takeover. In short, looking for roles in changing environments that include unpredictable tasks is a good way to stop jobs from being taken by AI. At least, for a while."

"You foolish colors, fighting among yourselves. Don't you know that you were each made for a special purpose? Join hands with one another and come to me." Doing as they were told, the colors united(团结) and joined hands.

The rain continued, "From now on, when it rains, each of you will go across the sky in a great bow of color as a reminder that you can all live in peace." There appeared the rainbow(彩虹).

In my memory, my father was always cold to me. When I was young, I had to take the bus home. Though the bus stop was two miles away from home, he never  1  me there. So I often went home on my own, even in bad weather. If I complained(抱怨) , he always said in a  2 voice. "That's what your legs are for!"
