Sport climbing is basically a competitive form of climbing. It's becoming very popular, with about 25 million people around the world climbing regularly, especially in Japan and the US. 

Doing this sport needs a lot of strength, because it uses around 650 muscles（肌肉）in our body. Athletes have to pull themselves up high walls that are straight up or even upside down. They hold on to small places to climb, and sometimes these places are just big enough for one finger. 

It's also a challenge for the mind. In competitions, athletes are not allowed to see the wall before they compete, so they have to make a quick decision about which way they should take to reach the top. 

The Tokyo 2020 Olympics was very special. For the first time, the host nation is allowed to add new sports events to be in the games. In Tokyo 2020, athletes competed in a three-part event: Speed climbing, Boulder（抱石攀岩）, and Lead climbing. 

Speed climbing.This is a compete between two climbers on a 15-metre-high wall that's at a 95-degree angle（角度）. Whoever reaches the top first is the winner, which usually takes around five seconds for male climbers and seven for women. 

Bouldering.Set on a four-metre-high wall, climbers have four minutes to climb as many set routes up the wall as they can, scoring points based on route difficulty. This is the only part of the three events that is completed without a safety rope. 

Lead climbing.Competitors have six minutes to climb as far up a 15-metre wall as they can. They only have one chance to climb. If they fall, the top height they reached is recorded as their scores. 

The scores of these three events decide the very first Olympic sport climbing champions.

Folk songs are the songs that people often sing when they come together for a good time. They' re the songs that people sing as they work. In fact, many folk songs were made up just to make work seem easier. They help to make a long, hard day go faster. 

Of course, in China, we also have traditional folk songs and folk singers. Like all folk songs, they come from the common people and tell of things in everyday lives. There are three main kinds of Chinese folk songs, Hao Zi,Xiao Diao and Shan Ge. These folk songs give voice to the common people. Lots of people in China, young and old, have enjoyed these traditional songs. They are often described as the glue that joins all the people together. In many ways, they are the voices of our ancestors（祖先）。

In the past year, AI tools like ChatGPT and Deepseek have become very popular around the world. These tools are made to talk with people and help with writing or creative work. Some well-known AI tools are ChatGPT by OpenAI, Google' s Bard, and Microsoft' s Bing with AI. These tools are also called chatbots. People can type questions, and the chatbot gives helpful answers. It feels like talking with a real person. 

Many people are now using AI tools at work or at school. These tools can help write emails, make reports, answer questions, and create stories or pictures. Because of this, some people are worried that AI may take the place of some workers in the future. 

This year, Harvard Business School and other groups did a research. They wanted to see if AI tools could really help workers. Over 700 people from a business company joined the test. Some of them used ChatGPT 4 to help do their work. Others did not. 

The results were interesting. People who used ChatGPT 4 finished 12% more tasks than the others. They also worked 25% faster. Futhermore, the quality of their work was 40% higher. This shows that AI can really help people do better work. 

However, the research also had problems. When AI was not good at a task, people made more mistakes if they trusted it too much. So, it is important to know when to use AI and when not to. 

In the end, the research says that companies need to find out which jobs AI can do well. People and AI need to work together to get the best results.
