I enjoy hiking for many reasons. First, walking up and down hills is great exercise, and it keeps me healthy and fit. Second, hiking allows me to explore nature. I love seeing the different plants, animals, and landscapes (景色) along the trails (小路) . One time, I even saw a deer and a rare bird. That was so surprising!

Hiking is also a great way to spend time with friends and family. We often go on group hikes, talking and laughing as we walk. It's a wonderful way to create memories together.
