19、Last July, I joined a field trip with my classmates. On the first day, our teacher, Mr. Black, said, "Don't swim in the lake after 5 p.m. or you will get into danger. The current (水流) gets strong, and it's hard to see." Some nodded, but many of us thought it sounded too strict.

The young people lit up with joy when they saw the older people make great progress after just a few lessons.

The results were amazing! 89-year-old Sheila, with a friend, made a cooking guide online. 93-year-old Marilyn created a rap video (说唱视频). Albert, also 89, wanted to find old friends online and was surprised at how easy it was to reconnect with them.

Poppy and Amy's project not only changed the lives of these older people but also encouraged similar projects in other countries, showing how technology can bring joy and connection to older people.
