Dear Abby,
I'm a middle school student. Studying at home after school is hard because I just want to relax after a long day at school. My grades are OK, but I'm worried that if this continues, they will become worse.
When I got home after school, I was hungry and I would eat whatever was around. I know it is not healthy, so now I only have a glass of water until dinner. But I'm not sure if that's healthy. Exercising at home doesn't happen because I'm busy playing computer games or doing homework.
I go to bed at 9 pm, and I have to wake up at 5 the next morning. How can I get good grades, be healthy and also have time to relax?
Toby
Dear Toby,
If you arrive home with low energy, put on your walking shoes and go for a walk or do some other forms of exercise. When you return home, have a piece of fruit or an egg. That could be helpful. Water is healthy and you should drink it as much as possible.
After you have had your dinner, do your homework. If you finish it, there should be about an hour in the evening for you to relax before bedtime.
Abby
(1)、Why did Toby write to Abby?(2)、Why doesn't Toby exercise at home?(3)、When does Abby suggest Toby do his homework?(4)、What other suggestions do you have to help Toby solve his problems? Write 30 words or more. -

Have you ever tried to hide(隐藏)your emotions from someone during a conversation?
"Scientists from the Ohio State University have found that people are able to know other people's emotions according to changes in the colour of their faces, " The Guardian reported. They studied pictures of people's facial expressions. They found that every facial expression has a different colour pattern(模式).
For example, happiness makes our faces red around the cheeks and the temples and a little blue around the chin.
"We believe these colour patterns result from small changes in the blood flow(血液流动), " scientist Aleix Martinez told The Guardian.
But this brings the question: Is it just the colour, or also facial expressions, that help people tell others' emotions?
To find this out, scientists added colour patterns to pictures of faces that showed no facial expressions. Those people were able to tell the emotions right 75 percent of the time.
This may explain why there are some Chinese sayings about emotions and the colour of one's face. For example, when two people are fighting about something, we say they are mian hong er chi.
A. When a person is very angry, we say he or she is lian se fa qing.
B. Hate creates a blue-yellow colour around the lips and a red-green colour around the nose and the forehead.
C. Lots of people do this so that others can't tell how they really feel.
D. It's not always easy because the colours on your face may tell the truth.
E. They asked some people to tell what emotions the faces were showing.
