In fact, you might feel so strongly that you feel like you should reply to this person at once. You might do some research, find some facts of your own and reply to what they've written. You finish writing out your reply, click "Post" and win the argument. 

However, it's not really much of a victory. Most people don't like it when other people disagree with their ideas，especially online strangers. It's unlikely that they will change their opinion just because you argued with them. In fact, it's possible that you make them feel more confident that they're correct. And the thing is, when you get in these kinds of fights online, it slowly influences(影响) you. You might not know it at first, but the argument that you take part in can actually have a bad influence on your mood. If you argue often, you start to enjoy arguing and then end up doing it even more. It's a terrible circle. 

I guess the best thing to do is to tell yourself that most arguments aren't worth it. There are much better and more interesting things to do, whether online or in real life.

Taichi is an old martial art and a popular exercise in China. It started in Wenxian County, Henan Province, about 400 years ago. Now it is popular in more than 150 countries, and over 100 million people practise it around the world. 

Doing Taichi is good for our health. It helps our bodies move freely and makes us stronger. When we do slow movements, we pay attention to our hands and feet. It also helps us take deep breaths. 

Marleni Calcina is a doctor from Peru. She loves Taichi and practises it for over 10 years. She thinks Taichi is a way of life. It tells her to slow down. When she feels tired and stressed from work, Taichi brings her peace. She says practising Taichi____is like talking with her heart.

When talking about the impression of China, people think of "flower" at first. With rich natural resources, China is called "Mother of the World's Gardens" by British plant expert Wilson. Flowers are not only beautiful, but also very useful.

Chinese people have cooked with flowers for a long time. Records show Shang Dynasty cooks used flowers in meals. Poet Qu Yuan ate chrysanthemums (菊花) during the Warring States Period. In the Song Dynasty, people enjoyed plum flowers (梅花) with rice porridge. Today, many places keep this tradition. The Dai people cook banana flowers, while Shaanxi locals love fried locust flowers (刺槐花). Eating flowers isn't just about taste—it connects people with nature's seasons.

Flowers also carried deep feelings. Ancient Chinese grew flowers in gardens and pots to lift their moods. During the Tang Dynasty, the flower markets were lively. Poets wrote about flowers to express emotions: Tao Yuanming dreamed of a "Peach Blossom Spring", and Zhou Dunyi praised the lotus (荷花). Flowers even got poetic names—peony meant "Jiang Li" (soon to part), lotus meant "pure friend".

In life, we never know when we might face danger. When we deal with thesituation, a clear mind and a brave heart are very important.

How do you play? First, you serve the ball underhand – hitting the ball from below your waist（腰）.  The ball must bounce (弹回) once on each side before players hit it in the air. There is also a special area near the net called the "Kitchen." You cannot stand inside it unless the ball bounces there first.

The Eye of the Sahara is one of earth's most amazing natural wonders. It's a special place in the desert of Mauritania, Africa. Looking from the sky, it looks like a huge, bright eye! It is as long as about 438 football fields. The Eye looks like a big round pizza with different coloured parts.

How was it made? Millions of years ago, the ground under the sand started to rise up. Then, wind and rain slowly wore away (磨薄) the soft rocks, leaving the hard ones behind. Over time, these hard rocks made the beautiful circles we see today. From above, you can count about 20 round circles. Each one has a different colour. The biggest circle is on the outside, with smaller ones inside.

What can we do to help? Scientists are studying the Eye to find ways to protect the rocks from sand. Some people also suggest building a small road or a simple visitor centre nearby. This way, more tourists can come and see the Eye of the Sahara.

Have you ever wished for a short spring holiday? Some schools in China now offer spring and autumn breaks. Yueyang, followed Changsha, is part of this change.
