"NE ZHA 2", a Chinese animated (动画) film, is now the most popular movie among everyone! It has become the first Asian movie to make it into the top 5 highest-earning films of all time. As of March 15, 2025, it has made 150.21 billion yuan($20.7 billion) worldwide.

The film "NE ZHA 2" comes from a Chinese myth (神话). It has won the hearts of people with its bright and colorful animation, and its themes of family and courage. In China, it set a record by being the top movie at the box office for 45 days in a row. Families even dressed up as characters like Ne Zha to celebrate! The story also touched people all over the world.

International media praised the film's creativity (创意). The Hollywood Reporter called it "This is a miracle (奇迹)". A famous magazine in the world said its visual (视觉) effects were "amazing". On the internet, it got a 99% score from people.

In Thailand, fans went to cinemas wearing traditional Chinese-style clothes, and the film was shown in 390 theaters across the country. A cinema manager there said, "This film shares China's culture with the world in a wonderful way."

Many people play sports, but very few people become sports players. If sports aren't going to be your future, why should you play them? Why should you train every day? Why should you work hard and feel sore the next day? Wouldn't it be better to stop it and only try your best in lessons? In fact, there are a lot of reasons to play sports. First of all, sports are a great way to exercise. Exercising keeps you healthy and strong. It also helps you stay in good shape. When you exercise, your body makes endorphins (安多芬) which make you feel happier.

Also, sports teach young people how to communicate and work as a team. They teach young people to respect (尊重) their coaches, teammates and players from the other team. Many reports say that sports help young people stay out of trouble. If a young person plays sports, he or she may have fewer problems. This is because sports teach people about rules. They also teach people that if they work hard, they might realize their dreams.

Another good way of sports is that they make people leave their houses. These days, a lot of people spend too much time watching TV and playing video games. When you play sports, you go outside and exercise in the sun. You take in fresh air. All of these things are important.

Maybe you're not going to become a sports player, but that doesn't matter, sports will help you become a better and happier person.

I was lying under a tree and didn't know what was happening around me. My body was hot. I had a terrible headache. A few minutes later, I was on my way to the hospital.

It was a hot summer day. I, along with hundreds of other runners, came to Beijing for a running race. Halfway through the race, I started to feel dizzy (眩晕的). I didn't want to give up, so I decided to go on. But it was too hot, and before I could finish the race, I fell down.

Some people said I had heatstroke (中暑). Later, however, I learned I had heat exhaustion (热衰竭). What's the difference?

If we exercise too long in the heat, our bodies can lose too much water and get too hot and we will experience heat exhaustion. If so, our body temperature will increase. We will feel tired and want to drink water. Often, we have a headache. If you get heat exhaustion, find a cool place right away. Drink enough water and rest. If you don't do these, heat exhaustion may turn into heatstroke.

Heatstroke is very dangerous. It happens when one's body gets too hot from being in hot weather for too long. If someone has heatstroke, his body temperature will go up to 40℃ or even higher. He needs to see a doctor at once. He won't get better without treatment. People who get heatstroke will feel dizzy, breathe fast and even die.
