Nowadays, digital life plays an important part in our life. 

How do you spend your free time? Do you keep watching a screen for about 10 hours from morning to night? Well, you're not alone. A new report says Chinese people spend five and a half hours on the internet every day! In the report, not just in China, 69% of the people in the world usually watch short videos online. Not like reading books or learning, these short videos make us stop thinking for ourselves. The Oxford Word of the Year—"brain rot" (脑腐) best shows this global problem.
