Do you often feel tired after you wake up? If so, you can listen to Dr. Talbot and he can give you some ways to help you feel good.

▲ Start exercising. If you often feel tired, try running, swimming or walking. When you exercise, your body helps to give you energy and make you feel happy. If you think exercising is not easy, listen to your favourite music and dance to it. That's exercise, too.

▲ Keep a healthy diet. You should eat three meals every day and don't eat too much fast food. When you need more energy for the day, you can make an energy drink.

▲ Enjoy outside world. The flowers and the nice air can make you feel happy. The green trees are good for your eyes. If you have enough time, you can enjoy them.

▲ Laugh. You should laugh for over three minutes a day. It can help you feel great.

We need plants to live. We get a lot of our oxygen from plants through the process (过程) of photosynthesis. Plants also provide us with food like fruit, vegetables, grains and so on. We can eat the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and seeds of plants.

Once upon a time, there was a farmer. His name was Jack. He lived in a small village and he grew wheat for living. He loved his wheat very much and watered it about three times a week. One day, he found that his wheat was not growing well. He was worried and didn't know what to do.

He went to ask his neighbor, a good farmer in their village. The neighbor said, "Don't water your wheat too much. If there is too much water in the wheat field, the wheat roots cannot breathe freely. Then the wheat will die slowly."

Jack followed his neighbor's advice and soon his wheat started to grow well.

From this story we know that asking for advice from others can be very helpful. Sometimes we may not know the best way to solve problems, but someone else may have the answers. It's important for us to learn from others in our daily life.

There is an old saying, "Take the time to stop and smell the flowers." I think we should also take the time to plant flowers.

My grandmother knows how to do that. She grows flowers with earth (泥土), water and love, so there are a lot of beautiful flowers in her back garden.She will smile when she sees the sun shines (照耀) down on them. In her front garden she plants flowers, too. You can see red, white and yellow flowers in it. My mom and I often walk around them and enjoy their smells. Grandma also likes the wild flowers. She will send me and my brother out to pick flowers and will then turn them into a beautiful garland (花环). 

Grandma not only plants flowers in the gardens but also plants flowers in my heart. Her sweet smile always makes me happy. Her hugs and kisses are the sunshine that keeps my own love growing day after day. Take the time to plant a few flowers yourself today. Show your smiles and love. Plant your wishes and joy. Make this world brighter and brighter with your sunshine.
