As a young man,Leo Tolstoy thought people could achieve perfection if they tried hard enough.So he worked hard to be the best in everything.He thought that he would find the

The 2026 Winter Olympics started in Italy in February this year. Milan and Cortina are the two beautiful host  (city) of this great event.

Tofu is a famous traditional food from China. It has a long history of 2,000 years.  the Western Han Dynasty, Liu An, a famous man, made tofu for the first time. He made it from  soybeans.

At the beginning, tofu was only in China. Chinese people liked it because it was cheap, healthy and tasted delicious. They cooked tofu in many ways,  fried tofu, mapo tofu and tofu soup. People also  it to make many other foods. As time went by, people carried tofu to Japan and Korea. With the help of Chinese people around the world, tofu slowly travelled to Europe, America and other countries.

Today, tofu is on the world's  of popular foods and more and more people love this Chinese food.

Last year, I planned a mother-and-son surfing trip with my 9-year-old son, Leopold. He only ate the food he liked and refused to try 1 things. He said he was afraid of the sea, small scary animals and the dark, but I thought they were just normal feelings.

TEENS — Chen Yi is a great Chinese table tennis player. At the 2025 WTT event, she met Hina Hayata from Japan. At first, Chen Yi fell behind 0-3. But she didn't give up. She kept fighting hard and won four games in a row. Finally, she beat Hayata 4-3 and made it to the top four. What an amazing comeback!

Many people don't know that Chen Yi started playing table tennis at the age of six. Her father loved the sport and taught her. At nine, she joined a special training class. She worked very hard every day. Her coach said she was always the last one to leave the training hall. At sixteen, she entered the national team.

After the big win, Chen Yi said, "I never expected to win. I just tried my best." She knows there is still a long way to go. Her dream is to become a main player of the national team.
