An idea   me.

I am Lin Hong. Welcome to my new junior high school. It is a big and beautiful school. Let me tell you something about it. This is our teaching building. And there are three grades and thirty classes. I'm in Class Two，Grade Seven. There are 20 girls and 27 boys in my class. Behind the teaching building there is a big playground. We can do exercise and play football in the playground.

My English teacher is Ms Chang. She is our class teacher，too. She is quite tall，with short black hair. She is very strict with us in class. But she is friendly after class. I find that only the PE teacher is a man teacher of all my subject teachers. I will learn more than ten subjects this term，such as Chinese，maths，English，biology，geography，history，art，PE，music，IT and so on. These subjects are interesting，but much more difficult than primary school subjects. I should work hard and remember to think more in my learning.

As modern games come out, people forget about the old ones. Teachers at a primary school ask their students to write games they know. They are surprised (惊讶的) that many students know more about computer games.

It is easy to see many of today's school children don't know those traditional games like hide-and-seek (捉迷藏). They like to play computer games.

A teacher says, "Children forget those old games. It's sad."

The old games are usually outdoor activities. Children can play between classes and after school. They often need friends to play with. They feel happy.

Jump rope games are always popular in countries all over the world. People like playing in different ways.

When a parent talks about her primary school, she says, "Rubber band (橡皮筋) jumping is so interesting. Girls love playing this game. It can help children learn their jumping skills and make friends."

But most primary school students today stay in the classroom between classes. They are busy with their study.

"I think children should play many different outdoor games, but most of them don't know what to play or how to play it," a 40-year-old mother says. "Computer games are bad for their eyes and these children don't know what team work is."

Schools, teachers and parents are trying to encourage (鼓励) children to play more traditional outdoor games.

Billy is a middle school student. He enjoys 1 . He sings when he's in the shower. He sings when he's doing the dishes. He sings when he is riding 2 to school. 

Billy is in the school choir (合唱团). The choir is singing 3 the whole school today and Billy has a solo (独唱). Billy is the 4 boy in the choir. Other students laugh at him. "Billy sings with the girls!" they cry. Billy feels unhappy and hopes that there 5 a few more boys in the choir. 

Billy watches as the teachers walk onto the stage (舞台) in the 6 . "Who's that man 7 the sparkly (耀眼的) clothes?? thinks Billy. "It looks like...but it can't be...but it is! It's Freddy Silver, the famous rock singer. Wow! Freddy Silver is at our school."

"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls," says the headmaster, " 8 the famous singer, Freddy Silver!" Everyone claps (鼓掌). " 9 Freddy talks to you about being a rock star, I have our wonderful choir to sing for you." Then Billy sings the best he's ever sung. 

Freddy 10 to speak. "Before talking about being a rock star, I just want to say what a wonderful singer that boy is. I sang in a school choir too. You know what they say? Boys who sing at school are really really cool!"

What do you think of your school life? Someone says it is very boring(无趣的) because you just have lessons all day. But let me tell you how we can make our school life full of fun.I am in school now but I enjoy my schooldays a lot. There are lots of ways to help you stay  happy at school.

First, you should make a lot of friends. You can share your happiness and sadness, enjoy your schooldays and do everything together with them. The most important is to get a real friend. So you can share even your secrets(秘密) with him or her.

Second, you'd better be in one of your school sports clubs. You can take part in different sports or games. It doesn't matter who wins because playing itself is fun. Sports will make your school life colorful.

Third, you should try to do well in your study. Try to get good marks and realize the  importance of study. Then you will enjoy it.

I am sure if you do the above three things, you' ll enjoy yourself very much at school. You'll love to go to school.

In winter people usually keep flowers indoors to     them   the cold weather.

Everyone needs to  to make the world a better one.

It's very important for us to know how to learn .
