Can you bake(烘烤)?In the United States, children learn to bake from a very young age. They have "bake sales" at school.

Students bake sweet food at home. Then they sell the sweets at school. The schools make money. They may use the money to pay for field trips, art and sports activities.

However, now there are some different ideas about bake sales.

Ana Majmudar, from Maryland, likes bake sales. The teen girl thinks it's more fun to buy cupcakes than carrot sticks. Students can make baked food healthier. They can use natural ingredients(天然的原料).Also， baking is a nice way for students to spend time with their friends and family.

Hadeyah Donaie, a teenager from the Virgin Islands, is against bake sales. She says they aren't good for children and that there are other ways to raise money. For example, schools can sell water. Schools should care more about students' health.

Twenty - four states in the country don't let students sell or buy sweets during the school day. In 2014, the "Smart Snacks"rules came out. The rules say food at school must be healthy. But sweets like cupcakes and cookies can be bad for students' health.

Some people like shopping online. They buy clothes,books or computers on it. Like many other clever Chinese, Wu Songzhi is shopping online, too. "I want to buy organic(有机的)."said Wu. "They are clean and I don't have to wash them so many ." Every month, Wu a about 600 yuan on organic vegetables and meat on online organic shops.

There are many people in Beijing  like Wu. They are eating and buying organic food. People buy organic food because they want to be much .

When talking about the dishes, people in the north of China and in the south of China have1 ideas. When talking about the food with the same name but different tastes, people all over the country have2 about them. For example,when discussing tofu curd(豆腐脑)，a common snack for breakfast, they usually talk about whether we should3 salt or sugar. And on the Dragon Boat Festival, it is4 to eat zongzi. People in the south of China5 zongzi filled with salty meat and eggs.6 , people in the north of China like sweet zongzi better.
