India cities such as Mumbai and New Delhi have a lot of chance because of business, too. In South America, Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, Buenos Aires in Argentina are growing and will play a big part in improving (改善) people's lives. In the Middle East, Cairo in Egypt and Dubai will have more power in international politics (政治) and business—especially in helping East and West work together.
