When we talk about table tennis, China may be the first country that comes to our mind. It (know) as the national ball game of China. But do you know how this beautiful game was first created?

Have you ever heard of Zhao Jihong? She used to be a famous Chinese sportswoman. She won gold medals for China at the Paralympic Games. 

Zhao Jihong was blind(失明的) when she was born in 1968, After her ability in running and jumping was noticed, she started training. 

As a blind girl, she  a lot while she was training. In April 1984, she went to train in Beijing and Tian Maijiu became her coach. Tian used some special training for her. She often trained hard without having a break even at noon. 

In June 1984, 16-year-old Zhao Jihong was sent to the 7th Summer Paralympic Games in New York. She won a gold medal for China and  the world record in the long jump. She also won medals in other races. In1986, she made a  to work in a factory. She also trained hard. In 1988, she won two gold medals in the 8th Summer Paralympic Games. Chinese people took  in her. She was considered to be a symbol of courage and success in the 1980s. 

 "He's 21 years old but acts like he's around11, " said Lu Guoqiang, talking about his younger brother Lu Guowei. But this "child" won three medals—a gold one and two1 ones in the 2023 Special Olympics World Summer Games.

 Nowadays, many kids prefer to stay in their rooms to have fun through TV, video games and smartphones. So they have less time outdoors for sports. It can cause them to lose out on valuable motor skills(运动技能). By playing youth football, kids get a chance to develop their motor skills. 

 Football can improve students' concentration ( 专 注 度) in the classroom. Besides, football is a fast-paced game, so kids can learn how to solve problems quickly.

When I was fifteen, I found myself home alone for the first time, and I felt excited. However, on the  day, I shut the door and  myself out by mistake. I tried many ways, but it didn't work. I kept until I realised I had left my keys in a box in my bedroom. My parents punished(惩罚) me when they returned from. I said sorry and promised to be than before. From then on, I always check my keys before shutting doors.
