Keeling's daughter is a sports player. To help her mother out of her dark cloud, she asked her mother to take up running, not just slow running around the neighborhood, but professional running. At the time, Ida Keeling was 67.

Keeling hadn't done any running for many years. Why did she decide to do such a great thing? She really wanted to do something new so she decided to give it a try. She would laterrecall that her first running was wonderful. "I just forgot all my bad things," she said. Although it was hard at first, Keeling didn't give up. Running needs great endurance (耐力). And over time, her skills got better, so running became less difficult. She went on breaking records (记录) in the 60-meter running race in the 95-99 age group and set a record in the 100 meters for runners over 100 years old. "No one believed I could," she says, "I was just exercising and now I'm famous all over the world."

When she's not running, she's working out. She goes to the gym for exercise three to four days a week, such as running, dancing and bike riding. She even finds ways to exercise while cooking. She wrote a book about her life story. She believes that every day is another day.

Hi, I'm Taylor! I'd like to say a huge"thank you" to New York University's president and teachers, and schoolmates who have made this day possible. I'm so glad to be here with you today as we celebrate and graduate from NYU's Class of 2022. Nobody has done it alone. We are achieved by those who have believed in our futures, showed us kindness or told us the truth. If they are here now, I hope you' ll find your own way to express your thanks. 

After graduation, you' ll enter a new world. I won't tell you what to do. I will, however, give you some life tips I wish I knew when I was starting out my dreams of a career and managing life, love, pressure, choices, shame, hope and friendship. 

The first of which is: Part of growing up is about catching and giving up. What I mean by that is, knowing what things to keep and what things to let go. Decide what is yours to hold and let the rest go. Secondly, never be afraid of making mistakes. In my life, mistakes led to the best things. There were times I messed up something. I got back up and found those who still wanted to hang out with me. That's a gift. I'm trying to tell you that      ▲  . 

I hope you know how proud I am to share this day with you. We' re doing this together.
