Sun Yingsha and Wang Chuqin are very popular among table tennis fans. Their fans nicknamed them "Shatou" because of their great love to them. And Sun Yingsha and Wang Chuqin are also(friend) to their fans. Eight years ago, they teamed up and played the(double) for the first time.

②Walking is an easy exercise and a good way to improve health. During this exercise, your body uses the fat for energy. It is a good way to burn calories (卡路里)and control your weight. Walking also helps lower the risk of many illnesses, such as heart disease and depression (抑郁症). Also, as a gentle exercise, walking hurts less on joints (关节) than most sports. What's more, studies have shown that walking can strengthen people's brains. Walking can make blood flow to the brain faster. This helps people remember and learn things better. The exercise also gives teenagers stronger bodies.

①Last September, my family visited a turtle center in Kemaman, Malaysia. It is famous for its clear beach and it is the home to the green and Hawksbill turtles. The center saves them by keeping their eggs safe and helping the baby turtles back to the sea safely. 

②When we arrived at the center, we met the workers. One of them told us a sad story. He found a nest with about 100 turtles eggs in it, but they didn't hatch(孵化) because of a deadly fungus. Sadly, there is also another danger to the turtles eggs from the ghost crabs. Because the ghost crabs love to eat turtles eggs. Besides, some eggs don't develop properly. When such an egg hatches, the turtle even has two heads! These turtles have problems living in the world. 

③Later, the worker showed us the turtle eggs in the hatchery. That day, we saw some baby turtles hatch from their eggs. It was amazing to watch them break out of their shells and start crawling(吧). 

④As night fell, the worker took the baby turtles to the beach. They used the red lights to help us see the turtles better. Turtles can't see the red light very well. So it wouldn't affect them very much. The baby turtles moved quickly as they ran into the dark sea. Welcome to the start of your long journey into the wild, little turtles!

Do you know Ke Zhou Qiu Jian? It is a very famous story in Chinese history. 

In the story, a man took a boat to cross a river.  (sudden), his sword(剑) fell into the river. He tried to catch the sword, but it was too  (danger). It was also too late. The man loved his sword very much. He thought for a while and made a (choose). He took out knife and made a mark(记号) on the side of the boat. 

Other  (passenger) on the boat all looked at him confusedly(困惑地). The man said, " decided (make) the mark here because my sword fell the water from here. Then later on, I can find the place of my sword by looking at the mark. " But others didn't think that he could find the sword in that way. 

Finally, the boat arrived and (stop). The man jumped into the river to find his sword. Of course, he didn't find it. That was because he forgot that the mark moved forward with the boat, the sword didn't. 

The story tells us that we should think  (two) before deciding to do something. Also, we should consider(考虑) the changes around us. 

Last week, our school had a cultural festival. There were lots of wonderful cultural shows at the festival. It seemed that we had a trip to  (探索) Chinese culture.  (在…之中) all the shows, I liked the traditional Chinese shadow puppetry(中国传统皮影戏) best. The performers (表演者) moved the puppets behind a large piece of white cloth (布). They held the puppets up. 

And people could see the shadows of the puppets on the cloth  (当.……时候) the light shone on the cloth from behind. The performers also told the story by singing. It was a really great show. 

After the show, one of the performers  (教) us how to make the puppets move. He told us that he made some of the puppets by (他自己). Many students (冲) to learn excitedly. To tell the (真相), it was quite difficult, and it took me (相当地) a long time to learn it well. 

I felt happy and (幸运的) to see and experience our traditional(传统的) culture. I also realized that we (青少年) should try our best to learn and carry forward our culture.
