The food writer

This job will help you get a chance to taste different kinds of delicious foods all over the world. That makes the food writer one of the most exciting jobs. This job also needs you to travel to different places, and that makes the job more wonderful.

The bed tester (测试员)

If it's hard for you to get up in the morning, then being a bed tester is a good choice for you. As a bed tester, all you need to do is to sleep on comfortable beds for hours and write blogs about your feelings.

The wildlife photographer

As a wildlife photographer, you can work close to all kinds of animals and enjoy the beauty of nature. What's more, you can take photos of those cute wild animals and share the photos with others to make others know your job well.

Mold (霉菌) can grow on almost all kinds of food. Mold is usually green, white, black or gray (灰色的). Mold makes food soft and changes its color. Moldy food tastes quite bad and it's not safe to eat.

But it's easy to move mold from hard food. The mold can't grow very deeply inside this kind of food. According to the BBC, you need to cut about 2.5cm around and below the mold to move it. It's OK to cut the moldy parts out of hard food and eat the rest.

Most kinds of mold are bad for us. But some kinds of mold can be used to make food. For example, penicillium (青霉菌) can be used to make many types of cheeses, such as blue, cheese. These cheeses are safe to eat, and they're quite delicious as well.

This kind of food that makes us feel good is different from person to person. It depends on your palate (味觉) and the connection you have with certain tastes and smells. The most popular comfort food is probably the biscuit. It's thought that the sugary snack often brings back happy memories of childhood and family.

Moving on from sweet and sugary snacks, famous cook and food writer Mary Berry thinks it becomes natural to think about comfort food as soon as the weather gets colder and the nights become darker. And she suggests (建议) soup and warming foods as feel-good winter treats.

·1/2 cup of sushi rice·2 cups of water·3 spoons of sugar

·1/4 teaspoon of salt·1 cup of coconut (椰子) milk

Steps:
