Do you know underwater football? It started in Canada in the 1960s. It is an old and unusual sport, but many Canadians still like it now.

Like traditional football, underwater football is also a two­-team sport. The place for the match makes it different from traditional football. Players usually need to stay underwater to play it in a special swimming pool. So players can dive (潜水) as well as (以及) play football.

During the match, each team has 13 players, but only 5 players from each team are in the pool at a time. To score a goal, players need to carry or pass (传) a ball from one side of the swimming pool to the other. The player with the ball can swim with it or pass it to his team members. He can carry the ball not only with his feet, but also with his hands and legs. He can even hold it against the body of another player. At the same time, players from the other team can try to take the ball or intercept a pass. Of course, players need to wear special clothes to keep themselves safe. Each of them can go up to take in air when the ball is not in their hands.

Everyone knows that exercise is important. We all need to exercise. Doctors say it's good for us. It keeps the body strong. 

In the morning, the air is usually fresh. This is a good time for exercise. Exercise means doing activities with the body. There're many ways to exercise. You can walk, run, swim, or play ball games. Make sure you exercise in the following ways: Exercise enough but not too much. It's good to exercise every day, and thirty minutes each time is enough. Try all kinds of sports until you find two or three that suit (适合) you. 

Exercise can be fun. Friends can do exercise together. You and your friends can go to a fitness center every weekend. How do you usually exercise?

Everybody wants to be healthy. Food is very important to your health. There are many healthy foods. Fruit and vegetables are good for your health. You can have more bananas, apples, oranges, tomatoes and lettuce (生菜). And don't eat too much chocolate. It's not good for you. Healthy food can make you feel well and keep your body strong. As the saying goes, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away. " You should also do some sports every day. Sports can also keep you healthy.
