3、 第二节 阅读表达;阅读下面短文,简略回答问题。
Teamwork is important for the success of any company or organization. We may easily forget that a team is made up of individuals (个体). Everyone in the team plays an important role. To be honest, the team can win if everyone puts his or her effort into the team.
Not everyone is the same in any team. Some members are more careful to watch out for small things. Others may be good at coming up with new ideas, which can make the team develop faster. It's clear that everyone has his or her value.
Sports teams are perfect examples. Many players working together can achieve much more than one player alone. For example, you may not be the best goal scorer, but you're great at moving the ball forward. You know that if you pass that ball to the person who can score, the team will have a better chance of winning. Everyone in the team plays a different role according to his or her strong points.
Therefore, if you want to be a good teammate, make sure you can understand the group's goals. Ask key questions like "Why are we here? What roles and responsibilities should each of us have…" When you communicate with your team members, it's important to stay understanding.
(1)、How can a team win?(2)、What will happen if someone in the team often comes up with new ideas?(3)、How does each person play a different role in the team?(4)、What is important when you are communicating with team members?(5)、Do you like to work in a team? Why or why not? -

The Internet has led to a huge increase in credit card fraud. Your card information could even be for sale on an illegal website (非法网站).
Websites offering cheap goods and services should be regarded with care.
Online shoppers who enter their credit card information may never receive the goods they thought they bought. The thieves then go shopping with your card number—or sell the information over the Internet. Computer hackers may break down security systems, raising questions about the safety of cardholders' information. Several months ago, 25,000 customers of CD Universe, an online music retailer (零售商), were not lucky. Their names, addresses and credit card numbers were posted on a website after the retailer refused to pay $157,828 to get back the information.
Credit card firms (公司) are now fighting against online fraud. MasterCard is working on plans for the Webonly credit card, with a lower credit limit. The card could be used only for shopping online. However, there are a few simple steps you can take to keep yourself from being cheated.
Ask about your credit card firm's online rules: Under British law, cardholders have to pay the first $78 of any fraudulent (欺诈的) spending.
Shop only at secure sites: Send your credit card information only if the website offers an advanced security system. If the security is in place, a letter will appear in the bottom righthand corner of your screen. The website address may also start with "https://"—the extra "s" stands for "secure". If in doubt, give your credit card information over the telephone.
Keep your password safe: Most online sites require a user name and a password before you place an order. Treat your password with care.
