Team spirit (精神)means that people work together and help each other as part of a team. When people have team spirit, they try their best.  Everyone has seen or felt team spirit. This can happen when they are part of a team, or see people cheering for (欢呼) a team or players. 

 One kind is when a group of people work together to reach a goal. Another kind is when people support (支持) a person or a team. A third kind is when a whole (整个的) country cheers for its team. 

Team spirit has good results. It helps people make friends and believe in each other even when they don't agree with each other.  It can bring fights or disagreements between team members. 

Some people don't fully understand what team spirit means.  But team spirit can be built anywhere. It can be between friends, schoolmates, or even two people sitting next to each other. It's about working together to reach the same goal, no matter where you are.
