The Ideal School

An ideal school should have many good qualities. First of all, it should have a beautiful and clean environment. Green plants, colorful flowers, and clean roads can make students feel happy and relaxed. The buildings in the ideal school should be modern and well - designed, providing enough space for study and activities.

Secondly, the ideal school should have excellent teachers. These teachers should not only be knowledgeable but also patient and kind. They can guide students to learn and help them solve problems in study and life. The school should also offer a variety of courses, including not only the main subjects like math, English, and Chinese but also interesting courses such as art, music, and PE.

Moreover, an ideal school should have good facilities. There should be a large library with many books, a modern gym, and well - equipped science labs. These facilities can meet the different needs of students and help them develop their interests and abilities. In an ideal school, students can grow up healthily and happily.

A New Look of My School

My school has taken on a new look after the renovation. The most obvious change is the classroom building. It used to be a three - story building, but now it has been rebuilt into a five - story one. The classrooms are much larger and brighter than before. Each classroom is equipped with a smart whiteboard, through which teachers can show various teaching materials.

The library has also changed a lot. It has been expanded and now has more bookshelves. There are not only books on different subjects but also many e - books. Students can search for information online in the library. The reading area has become more comfortable with new desks and chairs.

Another big change is the sports field. It was a small and uneven ground in the past, but now it has been turned into a standard plastic playground. Students can play football, run, and do other sports on it safely. There is also a new gym next to the sports field. The gym has modern sports equipment, and students can do indoor exercises there when the weather is bad.

I really like the new look of my school. It provides us with better study and sports conditions.

The Development of School Buildings

With the development of education, school buildings are changing a lot. In the past, most school buildings were simple and small. There were only a few classrooms and basic facilities. Students had to study in crowded and old - fashioned classrooms.

However, nowadays, modern school buildings are becoming more and more popular. They are not only large but also equipped with advanced facilities. For example, smart classrooms with big screens and projectors make teaching and learning more interesting. There are also special rooms like science labs, art rooms, and music rooms, which provide students with better learning conditions.

Moreover, the design of school buildings pays more attention to the environment and students' needs. Green plants and gardens are added around the buildings to create a pleasant study atmosphere. Some schools even have a student - centre where students can relax, discuss problems, and take part in different activities. These changes in school buildings show that education is getting better and better.

Our school  (change) a lot in recent years. There  (be) a new library now. It  (look) very modern. The library  (have) five floors. On each floor, there  (be) different kinds of books. Students  (can) borrow books easily.
