 They are bad for your health. If you don't have enough time to have lunch, you can bring some bread with you for a quick lunch. 

Fruit and vegetables should be a necessary part of your food. You can have a vegetable salad for your lunch. If you don't like eating vegetables, you can eat some fruit. 

Don't have dinner too late.

Try to have dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. Because your body needs time to digest（消化）most of food.

Healthy Habitsfor a Better Life

Good health starts with good habits. Let's learn about three important habits that can help us stay healthy. 

Eat a balanced diet. Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals. They help our bodies grow and stay strong. Try to eat different colors of fruits and vegetables——green spinach（菠菜）, red apples, and yellow bananas! Don't eat too much junk food like chips or candy. They have little nutrition and can make us become fat. 

Exercise often. Moving our bodies every day is key to good health. Walking, running, dancing, or playing sports like basketball are all great exercises. Exercise helps us build strong muscles（肌肉）and bones（骨头）, and it also makes us feel happy by releasing stress（压力）. Aim for at least 60minutes of exercise every day. 

Get enough sleep. Most kids need 9 to 12 hours of sleep each night. When we sleep, our bodies rest and repair themselves. Not getting enough sleep can make us tired, forgetful（健忘的）, and sometimes sick. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day to form a good sleep routine.
