The new study included five dogs that had taken part in research two years before. The dogs were taught the names of 12 toys, then after one month, researchers tested them to see if they could remember the names. The owners then put the toys away for two years.

In the new study, each owner took the toys out of the hiding place and put them on the floor with a collection of other toys. The owners said the names of the toys and asked the dogs to get them. The researchers watched with cameras. On average (平均来说), the dogs made correct toy choices 44% of the time. Some of the dogs had a success rate of up to 60%. If the dogs had been totally unable to remember the names of their toys, they'd have been expected to make the correct choices 20.4% of the time.

Today was an amazing day! I went to Mount Huaguoshan, the home of the Monkey King.

We(leave) early at 8 am and got there around 9 am. The mountain was so beautiful-the green forests and different kinds of rocks made it look likepainting.

The beginning of our climb was easy. Along the way, we saw many rocks. Some looked like animals, while others looked like(plant). There was even a monkey-like rock sitting on the mountain.

Before long, we got to the Water Curtain Cave. Rightfront of the cave, we saw a waterfall (瀑布). "Look, Dad, a waterfall! It(rush) down so quickly!" my brother shouted(glad). Inside the cave, there were beds, tables and chairs--all made of rocks. It looked just like what the book said.

After leaving the cave, we went on with our climb. I felt tiredwanted to give up.
