As we all know, it's very important for us to exercise. 

Every morning, there are many farmers with bags at a bus station in Wuhan. They wait a special bus. By taking the bus, they can take (they) vegetables to a large market. They can sell them and make some money there. 

Tu Jixing thinks the bus is helpful, and he is one of these (farmer). He takes the bus with  big bag every morning. There (be) tomatoes, fish, carrots, eggs and lotus seeds（莲子）in it. He (usual) gets up early at 3:00 am to get lotus seeds. He sells about ten kilos of lotus seeds every day. 

Hu Simin is the driver of the bus. He (say) about 100 farmers from around 30villages take his bus. Hu is very (friend) to them. He often helps them take their bags. The farmers thank him  sometimes give him some vegetables for free.

Tom believes that with enough effort（努力）, anyone can achieve their （目标）。He will work hard at school and make his dream come true. 

Every day, Lily walks to school with her brother, Tom. They live in a small town. Lily likes to walk  because she enjoys listening to the birds sing. Tom, on the other hand, is always talking about his favorite video games. 

At school, Lily's favorite subject is science. She learning and makes progress in her studies. Her teacher often says, "Doing science experiments（实验）can be if you are not careful, so always follow the rules. " Lily listens carefully and follows the rules. 

During lunch, Lily and her friends share their snacks. Lily always brings something new and asks her friends to  it. They enjoy trying different foods and talking about their day. After school, Lily likes  to keep fit.
