Students love the gardening lessons, too. In this lesson, students have a new way to learn something. The students like the different lessons. Because these lessons can help them relax. They don't have to sit at their desks in the classroom all day. They can get out and get their hands dirty. Also, the gardening lessons can teach them something that they cannot learn in the classroom. The gardening lessons can make them helpful and friendly, too. 

Teachers teach gardening with a goal. In gardens, they ask all the students to watch carefully. The students can see the whole process(全过程) of their project. But some schools don't have much room（空间）for a garden. Then some students can go to community(社区) gardens or parks. 

"Gardening is an important subject, " a lot of teachers say. "It not only lets students know where our food comes from, but also makes them do their duty for their home. Gardening is not only a hobby. It's a life skill. "

There are many kinds of clubs in the US middle schools, such as the music club, the sports club, the chess club and the swimming club. But do you know the homework club? Let me tell you more about it. 

The homework club is popular in many US middle schools. More and more students spend their afternoons in the homework club. The US middle school students need a quiet place to study. But games, computers and TVs are all around kids at home. So the homework club is just for them to do their homework. Some teachers are there, too. They can answer students' questions and help with their homework. If students finish their homework on time, they can get a snack. It's always children's favourite food. Then they can go home and play games or watch TV happily.

Yesterday, my parents took me for my first trip to Beijing. We took the train G430 from Lanzhou. It took us more than eight hours to get to Beijing. We walked out of the train station at 5:30 in the afternoon and went to the hotel. 

Today, we got up early, had a quick breakfast and began our trip in Beijing. 

At 6:00, we got to Tian' anmen Square to watch the flag raising and I felt great in my heart. Then we visited the Palace Museum. I was surprised to see so many beautiful palaces. In the afternoon, we went to the National Museum. We saw a lot of old things on show.
