We call each other very often and talk about our school life and studies. John is good at maths and science. But I am bad at maths. He always helps me with it. Also, he likes music and art. When he is free, he likes singing and drawing.

We never forget (忘记) each other's birthdays. This year I give him a schoolbag as a gift, and he gives me a toy car.

This weekend, I will go back to Jinhua. I will see cows, sheep, and ducks at my grandpa's farm. And of course, I will see my friend. We can play together, study together and read books together. Both he and I look forward to (期待) the weekend.

In the Jin Dynasty, there lived a man named Yue Guang. He loved inviting his friends over to drink wine. One day, he sent for one of his close  (friend) since the friend had not appeared for a long time.

Hearing what the friend said, Yue Guang looked around the room. Suddenly, he saw a bo w which (hang) on the wall. And its shadow looked like a snake. He understood at once.

Huagudeng is a type of traditional dance of the Han people in China. It is (主要地)popular in Fengtai in and other villages in Anhui. The art form  (混合) dancing, singing and beating drums into a storyline. (在······之中) lots of them, Fengtai Huagudeng is thought as one of the most important. It is known for its cheerful(精神). 

In general, Huagudeng is shown in winter. People usually use it to show their (宁静的)life in the countryside. Villagers come to a square to dance together and (庆祝) the harvest of a year. The show includes four parts: dancing. singing, mini-plays and drum playing. Dancing plays a central role in these parts.

Huagudeng has been well developed and kept for two main  (原因). First, it has been a part of the culture of a large population since it(出现). Second, after 1949, it has been regarded as a kind of local opera, Huagudeng becomes so popular that it has been taught in universities. 

The inheritors(传承人) have also spared no effort to spread the art. Deng Hong is one of them. She says they still perform huagudeng in the countryside and（带领) art teams to perform across the country. The more she performs, the (深的) understanding of the art she has. All of these have increased the popularity of this traditional art across the country.

In the north of China, one of the most typical foods is the steamed bun(馒头), Today, the buns of different shapes and colours are made people's best wishes. Those buns are called flower buns, or huamo. 

Flower buns are used in many important events. People who live along the Yellow River like to show their feelings through flower buns with lively appearances. Wenxi huamo of Wenxi County, Shanxi Province is one of  flower buns in China, Wenxi people can make flower bums of all kinds of shapes. Making Wenxi huamo takes several days and needs over one hundred .
