After surviving a terrible disaster called the "Heavenly Tribulation (天劫)," Ne Zha and Ao Bing lost their physical bodies. Their souls were in great danger until Taiyi Zhenren (太乙真人), a wise immortal from Chinese mythology, saved them using a magical seven-colored lotus. However, peace did not last long. Later, the story takes the audience to Kunlun Mountain (昆仑山) a magical place from Chinese myths filled with colorful landscapes and graceful fairy-like creatures. The most unforgettable part is the final battle, where characters use amazing weapons like the shape-changing Tianyuan Ding (天元鼎). The fast paced fighting and brilliant special effects leave a strong impression.

Beyond the action, Ne Zha 2 teaches important life lessons. It encourages people to stay brave when facing difficulties, fight for what is right, and value friendship. These themes resonate with both young and adult audiences.

The film has broken box office records, earning an astonishing amount in its first week. It also received high praise from critics and viewers, currently holding an 8.6/10 rating on major review platforms. Many praise its perfect mix of cultural elements, exciting storytelling, and positive messages.

By focusing on more than 150 commercial ideas that didn't succeed for various reasons, the exhibition aims to stimulate discussion about accepting and learning from failure, for example, new Coke, limeade-flavored Oreo cookies, crystal Pepsi and a "hula chair" for exercise.

The exhibition is organized by Samuel West, a clinical psychologist who specializes in organizational science. He hopes it could help normalize and interpret the concept of failure, which he sees as a critical learning opportunity.

"My research is focused on helping organizations to be more innovative," West says. "And one of the big problems of innovation is the fear of failure." "People feel liberated when they see big well-known brands and companies that have a lot of money and skills and experience still fail when trying new things," West says. "People feel liberated, like ‘big boys' can fail, so why can't we?"

The exhibition has interactive features like a "Share Your Failure" wall, where visitors can write their own mistakes on sticky notes. West says, "We want people to take meaningful risks and learn from them. That's where the action is, when it comes to innovation: People trying something new, accepting the level of risk that comes with it and learning from it if the new thing fails. You fail but you gain insight, build on it, try a different version, tinker(修补) and come back again with something better."

The Chinese musical "Su Dongpo," produced by the China Oriental Performing Arts Group, premiered (首映) in late August,2024 at Beijing's Poly Theater. The musical tells the story of the famous poet Su Dongpo from the Song Dynasty (960-1279), focusing on his time he was banished (流放) to Huangzhou, now(know) as Huanggang in Hubei province.

At that time, Huangzhou was a place of poverty, and Su and his family struggled(survive) by farming. Despite these hardships he(face) at that time, Su's passion for literature and artistic(create) remained strong. His optimism can also be seen in his poems, many of which(clear) describe his experiences during this challenging time.

Featuring 25 original Chinese songs, the musical employs large number of paintings and poems by Su, immersing the audience into the world of the poet during his darkest years.

About nine years ago, I was in a car accident. The driver slept, and the car fell in the ditch. Simply put, ultra-processed foods (UPFs) are the foods that you can't re-create in your kitchen, according to the BBC. Produced in factories, they often have long lists of ingredients that you don't recognize, such as additives (添加剂), and are ready to eat or simply need to be heated.

The study's researchers linked UPFs to addiction which includes behaviors like strong desire and negative experiences when trying to stop eating. They analyzed 281 studies from 36 different countries and regions. The findings showed that 14 percent of adults and 12 percent of children have ultra-processed food addiction.

UPFs deliver carbohydrates and fat to the gut (肠) faster. Although nuts are high in fat, the fat can't be digested (消化) in the early stages. The fat in UPFs, however, is broken down before entering the first part of the small gut, which signals the brain to produce more dopamine-the "happy" chemical.

The additives in UPFs also impact the way the gut absorbs calories. To improve the flavor of the food or drink, man-made sugar is widely used in UPFs. However, it may combine with receptors in the gut, which makes it more sensitive to sweet food, eventually increasing the gut's ability to absorb sugar.

By considering that certain UPFs are "addictive", similar to cigarettes or alcohol, "We may be able to help improve global health," one of the study's authors, Ashley Gearhardt, said in a press release. They are also calling for more action to fight against such an addiction.

One day Max was reading a magazine article about volcanoes (火山). He told his friends all about volcanoes and what causes them to erupt. The very next week, the teacher started a science project about volcanoes. Guess who everyone wanted in their project group! Max's friends weren't laughing at him anymore.

Max ended up being in a group with Liz, Anna and Josh. The work was to create a poster board with information about volcanoes and to build a volcano model. Max made copies of the magazine article about volcanoes so his project partners could read about them too. They also went to the library to look for more information about volcanoes.

The group met at Anna's house that night to organize the information and decide what they wanted to put on the poster board. They all asked Max what he thought was most important. Then they decided together to do what Max said. The next night they met at Josh's house to build their volcano. They used cardboard and modeling clay. First they made a volcano shape with the cardboard, and then they covered the shape in brown and red clay.

The volcano looked great. Max, Liz, Anna and Josh were very proud of their hard work. When they turned in their project, their teacher was proud too. Thanks to Max's good habit, they came an A+ on both parts of the project.

Since 14 historical dynasties founded their capitals and developed in Shaanxi Province, the museum may have the oldest treasure of all museums in Chins. The artworks show the greatness of the museum, and the displays are modern and well laid out.
