Eating healthily can help you lose weight and have more energy. It can also improve your mood (心情) and reduce your risk of disease. Yet despite these benefits, maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle can be challenging. Here are ways to stick to a healthy diet.
Practice mindful eating.
Take time to enjoy your food and appreciate its ability to nourish (滋养) you. Adopting a mindful eating approach can help you achieve a better relationship with foods and may reduce binge eating.
Start the day with a high-protein breakfast.
Eating a high-protein breakfast helps you stay full. If your first meal is well balanced and contains enough protein, you're more likely to maintain stable blood sugar levels and not overeat for the rest of the day.
Get your nutrition from a variety of completely unprocessed foods.
These include fruits and vegetables. In other words, when buying foods at the market, focus on things that have not been cooked, prepared or changed in any way.
It's difficult to eat healthily if you're surrounded by junk foods. Having foods on display in various areas of the house has been linked to obesity (肥胖) and increased consumption of unhealthy foods. Keeping unhealthy foods out of the house, or at least out of sight, can increase your chances of staying on track.
Drink enough water.
Many studies have shown that drinking enough water may benefit weight maintenance and even slightly increase the number of calories you burn daily.
A.Eat your greens first.
B.Keep unhealthy foods out of the house.
C.It can also prevent overeating later in the day.
D.Eating mindfully can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

In recent years, Britain has seen a rise in interest in learning and teaching Chinese as a second language. In 2015, Britain's Department for Education devoted 10 million pounds to Chinese teaching in state schools across the country. Hundreds of pupils are taking part in the program, which aims to make at least 5, 000 young people fluent in Chinese by 2022.
A Chinese-English nursery named Hatching Dragons was established in London in 2015, accepting babies from as young as 6 months to 5 years old. Two years later, the first bilingual (双语的) English and Chinese primary school was opened at Kensington, London.
Petts Wood Mandarin-English Preschool, which opened Friday at Bromley in southeastern suburb of London, is the first Chinese immersion (沉浸式) preschool founded in Britain. After three years of planning and preparation, the school has drawn expert opinions on Chinese immersion learning from Europe, the US and China. It offers Chinese and English bilingual immersive education for children aged 2 to 5.
Bromley Councillor Kim Botting, who has visited China three times, is very interested in Britain-China education exchanges. He called the school a wonderful and fantastic thing for the community while attending the opening ceremony on Friday.
The local community showed huge interest and support to the newly established preschool. Xu Zhi, head teacher of Petts Wood, said the preschool offered up to 25 places and six children registered (before the opening, with many families signed up for trial lessons in the next few weeks.
"I had the idea of establishing a bilingual preschool three years ago when I realized that more and more British families wanted an earlier start for their children's Chinese learning," Xu said. "Many high school students in Britain also learn Chinese at school for two or three hours each week, but that is not enough and also a bit late for language learning."
(1)、What do we know about Petts Wood Mandarin-English Preschool?A、It opens to all children aged 2 to 6 in the community. B、It requires all students to register before the opening. C、It is the first Chinese immersion preschool in Britain. D、It employs teachers from Europe, the US and Japan.(2)、What does Kim Botting's attitude to Petts Wood Mandarin-English Preschool?A、Positive. B、To stress the importance of bilingual learning. C、To praise high school students for their efforts. D、To explain the necessity of a bilingual preschool.(4)、What is the text?A、A short story. In a new set of studies, researchers found that people showed greater goal commitment and performance when they told their goal to someone they believed had higher status(地位) than themselves. In these studies, higher-status people were those who the participants thought had more prestige(威望) than they did.
In one study, 17l undergraduate students were seated at computers and told they had to move a slider(滑块) on the screen to the number 50 as many times as possible within the given time. After counting how many times they successfully did this, they had to do it again, but this time they were told to set and write down a goal.
The experimenter then informed the participants that a lab assistant would come around and check on their goals. In some cases, the lab assistant was dressed in a suit and introduced himself as a doctoral student in the business school who was an expert on today's study topic. For other participants, the same lab assistant dressed in casual clothing and introduced himself as a student at a local community college who was working part time at the business school. A third group of participants didn't share their goals with the lab assistant.
Results showed that participants who shared their goals with the higher-status lab assistant reported they were more willing to achieve the goal they set for themselves than those who told the lower-status assistant. And participants who shared their goal with the lower-status assistant performed no better than those who told no one about their goal. "These findings provide evidence that refutes popular media recommendations that one should stay silent about a goal," said Howard Klein, lead author of the new study.
"Contrary to what you may have heard, in most cases you get more benefit from sharing your goal than if you don't as long as you share it with someone whose opinion you value," Klein said. "You don't want him to think less of you because you didn't achieve your goal."
(1)、Why did the lab assistant change his clothes?A、To act out roles of different status. B、To approach the students more easily. C、To work for different business schools. D、To avoid being recognized by the students.(2)、What does the underlined word "refutes" in Paragraph 4 probably mean?A、Deals with. B、Catches up with. C、Says no to. D、Relies on.(3)、Why do we benefit from sharing our goals with the right person?A、We care about what he thinks of us. B、We get useful advice and support from him. C、We improve ourselves according to his opinions. D、We find a strong sense of purpose by sharing.(4)、What might be the suitable title for the text?A、Share your goals — but do use the right words B、Share your goals — but be careful who you tell C、Share your goals — and you'll surely achieve them D、Share your goals — and you'll get mentally strong -

There can be magic in the touch of a hand that loves you. It brings comfort and a silent promise that says, "I am here and you are not alone."
I memorized every detail about my children. As babies, they reached for me whenever they were hungry or tired or just needed to be held. Sometimes, if they woke in the night, just the touch of my hand would ease them back to sleep. They clung to me when they took their first steps and we held hands when crossing streets and walking from the car to their classroom on their first day of school.
As they grew older and more independent, I noticed that they didn't hold my hand much any more. I told myself it was part of growing up, and I should just be glad they could do things on their own now.
But when you've been needed so much for such a long time, it's hard to step back and feel unnecessary.
Then one day, I was visiting my oldest son in New York, where he was working as an actor on a TV show. As we were about to cross a busy street that was filled with traffic, he grabbed my hand and shouted, "Hang on to me, Mom," then led me safely across.
At that moment, I realized two things. First, my boy had become a man. Second, it was clear that our roles had changed. We still needed each other, but in different ways than before.
That scene has replayed in various ways with each of my three children. They have all taught me to lean on them just as they once leaned on me, and that we can always lean on each other. We live miles apart, but stay in touch every day. There is magic and comfort and healing in the touch of a hand that loves you, even if it "touches" you from afar.
