Fan believes that life itself is a journey made up of long and short trips. "I think I was brought into this world to have as many experiences as possible and that I should make every day meaningful," she added.

One warm Saturday afternoon, Ella looked out the back door window, wishing she could play on her favorite swing (秋千) in the backyard. "That must have been a terrible mistake." the bee said, landing on a nearby leaf. "We only sting when we feel truly threatened. I promise. I'm here to protect you. not to harm you."
