Learning to Control My Anger
Everyone gets angry in daily life. Some people get angry when plans go wrong, and others feel mad when others let them down. Anger is a common feeling, but choosing the right way to deal with it makes a big difference. Good methods(方法) not only calm you down but also help you solve problems properly.
Last week, Anna felt very angry with her group partner. They had a class project to hand in on Friday, but her partner did not finish his part at all.
