Today is our School Smile Day. Come and join us!

Smile photos are beautiful. Let's show our smile photos together at a quarter past two. Come and meet us in Classroom l. It is next to(挨着) the art room. 

People like flowers. There are many kinds of flowers in the world. Flowers usually bloom(开花) in spring. But plum blossoms(梅花) can bloom in winter. Plum blossoms stand for courage(勇气), hope and new life. Every flower has its own meaning(寓意). For example, peonies(牡丹) are the king of flowers in China. They mean happiness and prosperity(繁荣). They're our national flowers(国花).

We can see many of them on National Day. Carnations(康乃馨) are beautiful, too. When Mother's

Day comes, I usually buy some carnations for my mum. They mean "Mother, I love you." It's easy to get these flowers. We can plant them at home or we can buy them in the flower shop.

Hello! My name is Liu Li. I am from China. I'm in London now. I come here with other pupils from Shenzhen by plane. Today, we visit some famous places in London.

In the morning, we visit Big Ben first. It is a very big clock tower(钟塔). It looks like a tall building. Next, we walk to the River Thames. I see the London Eye. It is a big Ferris wheel(摩天轮) near the River Thames. I want to ride it, but there are too many people. At noon, we eat fish and chips in an old restaurant. Fish and chips are very popular(流行的) in the UK. They are hot and yummy. In the afternoon, we take a big red bus. It is a double—decker(双层巴士)! I sit on the upper deck(上层) of the bus and go back to the hotel. What a wonderful day!
