The jobs of the future have not yet been invented. By helping them develop classic skills that will serve them well no matter what the future holds. 

1）    Curiosity

Your children need to be deeply curious.  Ask kids, "What ingredients can we add to make these pancakes even better next time？"and then try them out. Did those ingredients make the pancakes better？What could we try next time？

2）    Creativity

True creativity is the ability to take something existing and create something new from it. There are a dozen different things you can do with them. Experimenting with materials to create something new can go a long way in helping them develop their creativity. 

3）    Personal skills

Understanding how others feel can be a challenge for kids. We know what's going on inside our own head, but what about others ？ Being able to read people helps kid from misreading a situation and jumping to false conclusions. "Why do you think she's crying？""Can you tell how that man is feeling by looking at his face？""If someone were to do that to you, how would you feel？"

4）    Self Expression

There are many ways to express thoughts and ideas—music, acting, drawing, building, photography.

You may find that your child is attracted by one more than another. 

A. And we can't forget science education. 

B. Encourage kids to cook with you. 

C. We can give kids chances to think about materials in new ways. 

D. Being able to communicate ideas in a meaningful way is a valuable skill. 

E. So how can we help our kids prepare for jobs that don't yet exist?

F. Gardening is another great activity for helping kids develop this skill. 

G. We can do this in real life or ask questions about characters in stories. 

Perhaps unsurprisingly, buffoonery (滑稽) was one of few careers acceptable for women to pursue in the Middle Age. And it was not uncommon for women to enjoy this career. 

However, in the 17th century, comedians were forced to society's edge as their tendency to truth-telling was no longer tolerated among high society and women, bearing the weight of gender prejudice（性别偏见）, were seldom among this career. 

This slowly began to change in the mid-19th century when women began to enter the workforce and, in the circu（s 马戏表演）industry, a growing minority of female performers were employed. They promoted the industry's

"New Woman" movement which introduced female performers into the traditionally male stage. In 1895, among the women breaking the prejudice was Josephine Williams or "Lady Evetta" called the "The Only Lady Clown". Williams told The New York Times: "I believe that a woman can do anything for a living that a man can do and do it just as well as a man. All my people laughed at me when I told them that I was going on stage as a clown. But they do not laugh now.

Despite her being optimistic, the article concluded: "The men in the clown business rather enjoy Miss Williams' odd performances but they do not regard her as a serious competitor or believe that any other women are likely to follow her example".

How wrong they were! In the 1970s, French-born Annie Fratellini opened the circus school Académie Fratellini encouraged by her film-making husband Pierre Etaix. 

Fratellini's Auguste was recognizable as the clown familiar today. Her unique make-up was made up of a big red nose, tears, a black mouth and shiny decorations fixed to her eyes. When asked whether the character she acted was male or female, she insisted that "clowns have no gender". 

Canada is one of the few nations in the world to have two official languages：English and French. There are 10 provinces in the country, but only one of these—Quebec is known as "French Canada". This is because it was founded by French explorers while British adventurers discovered the rest.

Canada left the British Empire(帝国) in 1867 to become an independent country, and English and French have been recognized as the official languages ever since. 

Most people speak English as their first language and the two national television networks broadcast in English throughout the country. Apart from in Quebec and a few places on the east coast, French television is rare. 

The same goes for traffic signs and menus, for example, outside of Quebec, there are only a few places where you'll see traffic signs in French. In restaurants, it's almost impossible to find French on the menu unless you are in the heartland(中心地带) of French Canada. However, all products sold in Canada must, by law, have labels(标签) and instructions in both languages.

In Canada's English-speaking provinces, official bilingualism means that students can choose to complete a special French language course. Under this program, they are taught most of their subjects in French. If a student begins the course in kindergarten(幼儿园) or Grade One, it is likely that all his lessons will be in French. But if he starts at junior high school, 25 percent of the teaching will continue to be in English.

Rob Kenney's dad left him when he was little. At a time when he was on the path to young adulthood, he had no father to guide him. His practical tips have really touched the viewers, which are growing in number day by day. Rob Kenney is just what the Internet needs — a caring dad who wants to share his skills. It's no wonder that he has gotten as many as 1. 9 million fans in return.

The unbelievable success of Rob Kenney's videos suggests the need for a good father figure in a child's life.

From teaching basic life skills to encouraging them to be kind, a father figure helps kids develop into active members of society. He especially instructs them in good manners, being honest, and being grateful.
