There are some big traditional (传统的) festivals in China. Spring Festival is the most important (最重要的). It's usually in January or February. Family get together and have a big dinner on New Year's Eve. Children wear new clothes. They can get some lucky money from their relatives and friends. Qingming Festival is on April 4th or 5th. People workship their ancestors (祭祖) over the Qingming holiday. Dragon Boat Festival is usually in June. We often eat zongzi and watch the Dragon Boat Races (龙舟赛) on that day. Mid-Autumn Festival is usually in September or October. It's a festival for people to get together with their family. We often watch the big full moon and eat mooncakes on that day.

My name is Binbin. I'm from Harbin. We have four seasons in a year.

Spring is a green season. The plants grow and grow. It is nice and warm. People can wear shirts and dresses. We can plant little trees and have a spring picnic with families.

Summer is a red season. The sunshines and shines. It is sunny and very hot. People can wear cool sunglasses and T-shirts. We can eat ice cream and go swimming.

Autumn is a golden season. Leaves fall and fall. It is windy and a little cold. People usually wear jackets and warm sweaters. We can pick and eat many fruits in autumn.

Winter is a white season. The wind blows and blows. It is snowy and very cold. People wear scarves and gloves. I like winter best. Because I can play in the snow, make a snowman and watch the ice shows.

Andy is looking at some old photos of his primary school. There were only two small buildings twenty years ago. There were no art rooms, no music rooms nor computer rooms. There was no gym, either. The school is bigger and nicer now. There is a new building in the middle of the school. The art rooms are on the first floor. The music rooms are on the fourth floor, the top floor of the building. The computer rooms are next to the music rooms. There is a big gym beside the new building. The students can have PE classes there. There are lots trees and flowers in the school. The school is very different now. 

Who is that boy in the photo? Oh, it is Sandy, Andy's best friend. He was an active boy at that time. He liked playing sports. Now, he is tall and strong. He still likes play sports, and he likes swimming, too. He can swim well. 

Hello, I'm Lucy. I'm thirteen years old now. Lily is my twin（孪生） sister. But she is one hour（小时）older than me. I'm one centimeter shorter than Lily. We both have long hair. We look alike very much, so, many people cannot distinguish（分清）us. We are in the same class. Next year we'll be middle school students. Lily is 1. 62 metres. She is tall, but she is not the tallest girl in my class. My friend Jenny is the tallest. Jenny is twelve years old. And she is 1.64 metres. She likes dancing. I want to be taller. I should do more sports with Jenny.
